I would never recommend any one use this office for their State Farm insurance. They do not do their jobs, they never answer the phone, they take forever to call you back once you leave a message. You talk to them to change part of your policy and they never do, then later on when something happens they just accuse you of lying instead of admitting they made a mistake (always make sure you put requested policy changes in writing so you have proof as they will deny deny deny). They do not care about their customers, they act like you are annoying them.
