These guys are AMAZING!
its hard to find places that do mods for your car. (being primarily for motorcycles). i gave them a try and they were able to put hush-​mat all over my trunk (my 2 12″ subs where making too much vibration) it sounded awful but they were able to do this and i was very satisfied.
They also installed a car starter for me, they were done between 3 – 4 hours. i had a problem with it later down the road and i called them to take a look and they fixed it without a problem.
i also asked them to do some mods to my lighting on my car and they are willing to do it (im sure there aren’t many places that would because it is not an easy mod, that and i am supplying the parts) so i am so happy to have found this place and i will continue to go here so long as they continue to accept my odd jobs that they certainly don’t have to do.

Dropped in on a Saturday with no appointment to check out prices on a remote start for my car. Told me they could get it done by close of business. 3 hours later I get a call that it’s done. When I picked it up everything was as promised.
I had visited a competitor the day before and they were unable to tell me if their product line would work. They got on the phone with tech support and after 25 min I told them to just call me back. They never called me. Thank goodness because I found PDA the next day.
Don’t waste your time with anyone else, go see Lee at PDA.

Had a new receiver and speakers installed in my 2004 Nissan Xterra. I’m very pleased! Nice and knowledgeable staff, good selection, professional installation. Highly recommend.

Long story short-​I drive an Infinity G35 coupe. Like many G35s that were made around 2003, the motherboard went out and that left me with no climate control or stereo. It’s an obvious warranty issue that Infinity should cover, but I’m here to talk about PDA and not Mike Ward Infinity/​Infinity who basically told me to pound sand and to hand over $ 2500 when I called them about their faulty motherboard. Anyway, if you’re like me and your G35 needs this repair, call PDA. They can fix this issue for much less and will do it with impeccable attention to detail. You can also call Infinity, but they could not care less about their customers and you’ll get nowhere – especially if you own the coupe. I am SO grateful that my husband found this company on Unilocal

I was referred to PDA by one of their competitors, because they felt PDA would be a better choice to help me. They were absolutely right! I called and spoke to John, explained the problem I was having with my remote start, and asked what it would cost ro repair. John suggested I bring my car in, and offered to look at it before booking it for work. John programmed my remote start in about 60 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime.
If John is an example of the customer service offered at PDA, I will absolutely be coming here when I do some upgrades. I will also be telling friends and family about this great experience.

Kudos to Lee & crew for replacing a defective product (installed over 8 years ago) with literally no questions asked. Would definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

Unprofessional, unreliable, waste of time.
Monday: Spoke to scheduling manager to get appointment to install some audio equipment in my car. Nothing fancy, just running power wire to pre-​installed amps, run speaker wire to pre-​installed speakers, and install signal processing (an LC2i and an EQ). The scheduler asked what the brands of my equipment were, I told him various manufactures. He told me they needed 3 – 4 hrs to perform the work and we scheduled the work for Thursday.
Wednesday night after store is closed: I drop off the car. They do not have a key drop. I had to hide my key overnight and call in the morning to tell them where it was (and hope no one would steal the car overnight). I left a print-​out in the car, detailing what we spoke about on the phone on Monday. There were no surprises — I just wanted the info to be clearly communicated.
Thursday morning: The installer calls and is grumpy about the print-​out, saying he has worked on cars since he was 15 and knows how to install things. Super unprofessional and rude. I asked him if he suggested any changes but we agreed that what I envisioned was appropriate.
Mid-​day Thursday: I get a phone call from the shop saying they need 12 hours to complete the work (that I was previously told would take 3 – 4 hr) s. We agree to use stock speaker wire instead of running new wire through the door bushings to save 4hrs. They said they would get started and would update me on progress at the end of the day.
Thursday end of day: I called and was informed no work had been performed on the car. I was pretty ticked and asked the scheduler to call me in the morning.
Friday morning: scheduler calls and says it is their policy not to install gear that is not purchased at PDA and that they would not work on the car. Would have been nice to have been told this on Monday, when I was asked the manufactures of my gear that they would be installing. The scheduler claimed that he and I talked about me buying equipment from their shop, which is 100% false.
Friday evening: I pick up the car and the owner apologizes to me. He said he just learned of my experience and was disappointing in his team. He seemed sincere and dealt with the situation professionally. He offered for his installer to work on the car, but at this point I’d had enough of their bs. He recommended two other shops to me, which I appreciated.
With the exception of the apology of the owner, I could not have been more disappointed with my experience at PDA.

What a great discovery. I was referred to this shop by the shop that does my normal work on my Lexus to have a backup camera installed that I bought online. They made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything in terms that I could understand and did the installation quickly and professionally. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic people that do an excellent job putting in radar detectors and other sound equipment.
I really would recommend them. It took me years to find a good shop, and now I found it by trying tons over the past decade in Denver.

Back in August, I needed to have my audio cable fixed; it had rusted. These guys did a great job! They had to replace it but they did it fast and at a very reasonable price, considering the time frame I had given them (one afternoon). I will definitely go there again for my car audio needs. I highly recommend!

Cade and his team are the best! Cade is very knowledgable and patient when working with people like me who have no idea about car stereos. The installers are so fast and take the extra step to accompany you to your car after installation and explain everything to you. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Had a remote starter installed in my son’s car for a Christmas present. Made an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. Did a great job at a fair price. Friendly, knowledgeable people to deal with. Will definitely go back again when I need their services, and I’ve already recommended them to some friends and family.

I didn’t get any installation work done, just bought a backup camera from them. Everyone was extremely nice. I wanted to get a camera that day, so I figured I would go to a store instead of purchasing online. But I checked prices to see how much worse it would be. They came in $ 40 *cheaper* than the best price I found online.
Nice, clean building.

I’ve taken two different vehicles into PDA to have aftermarket speakers/​amps/​sub/​etc. installed and they have done a great job every time. Unlike Best Buy, Car Toys, and other places, I don’t want a kid tearing apart my car figuring out things as he works. I want people who do the job well, do it well the first time, and will stand behind their work. That’s exactly what you get from PDA. Their prices are also extremely reasonable given the quality of work you’re getting, the knowledge of the employees, and their overall professionalism. Their waiting room looks like a doctor’s office if that tells you anything too. Ditch the car audio place with tacky neon signs and obnoxious employees and go to PDA instead.
