PLEASE DO NOT HAVE THIS MAN PREPARE YOUR TAXES !!!
Zero communication, does not answer the door, does not take your calls! does not call you to let you know anything about your taxes or the outcome— he finally responded the Morning of April 15!
And come to find out he did everything WRONG– because IRS still not showing our taxes when he claimed he filed them electronically!- which come to find out NO– it was NOT!!! So now on top of it all I have Penalties $$$ to pay because of his lousy service!
Yes– my mistake was to pay for his services the 1st time we sat down to discuss and get things done– I was referred to him, so I did not give a 2nd thought he would be sooo unprofessional! and probably that is the worst part, being referred to someone like this!
