So disappointed. Initially I was very impressed, they came out the same day I called for a repair of my pool pump leaking. Neal came out and was very nice and professional and supposedly fixed my problem. The «glue» had to dry so he said not to turn on the pump for a few hours. When I did finally turn on the pump, water was squirting out of one of the replaced pipes. I called for him to come out and fix it and they said they would try but they are backed up. About 3 days later they came out and he said it just needed to be tightened. In the mean time, my pool heater was not firing up, the pilot light was on but would not ignite the burners. Neal took a look at it and said it was the thermocoupler. He replaced that and it fired up while he was here but after leaving it went out at some point. I called him back he came back a few days later and was here for about 15 minutes and he said it fired up when he opened the cover. That was the last time it worked. I have tried to trouble shoot it myself and I read that the thermocoupler may be the problem if the pilot light was out-​which it wasn’t. So now I am left with the impression of poor service. In the mean time I got a $ 379 bill for replacing the thermocoupler (a $ 15 part) that was in addition to the $ 200 bill for the pump leak which seemed to take him more then double the time. I do not even want to call them back as I do not want another charge for a service call and time that does not fix the problem.
