Absolutely the best! I have had years of independent pet store experiences as I own an English Bulldog and they have specific nutritional needs and Woofs n Hoofs is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly. They have worked with me to try to find the best food for my pup; they have taken bags back and let me sample a few. The store itself is very clean, organized and they have tons of toys and leash options. So happy I found this place.

This is great little pet store. Well, it’s actually not so little. It’s a full-​service store with all kinds of things for pets of various kinds and an impressive selection of dog and cat food at very competitive prices. They’ve just moved locations – by a few hundred feet; the new stores directly behind the old location. To get there, you exit the Safeway parking lot on the west side, take a left, and then take the first left (100 feet or so after taking left) you can on that little behind-​the-​store street.
The owner, who is just wonderful, tells me that the new location will allow more services like no-​anaesthesia teeth cleaning. And the pet grooming area looks really up-​to-​date, roomy and nice.
I like supporting the local pet food stores who, unlike a couple of the big chains, don’t clutter your life with stupid coupons and loyalty points. In short, «Woof woof!»

Best customer service! I always feel right at home every time I go in there. I buy all of my cat food there for our four cats. Sib has a great selection of healthy cat food.

This place is the BEST!!!
Tamara, Sibylle and Janet are simply fabulous! We (my four legged kid and I) make a trip each week. Great variety and stock of high end pet foods and products. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful. We won’t be going anywhere else and I highly recommend the store to any pet owner.
On a personal side note: They are soooo caring. I had just dealt with medical costs and loss of one of my «boys» (Bones) with bone-​cancer/​amputation/​chemo, when I was hit with medical costs and concerns for my other «boy» (Buster). He was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Once he was stabilized Buster was needing to change to a low-​fat quality diet. They helped me to pick out the right foods and set out a good plan for Buster. I was not working at the time and they so generously helped me with a gift of a case of special canned food. To this day I am extremely touched by their thoughtfulness and generosity. They have won and well deserve my loyalty and patronage for their products and exceptional service.

This small business pet store is amazing! The staff is personable and friendly. They know me and my pup by name and how we’re doing.
I first started coming here because my dog was having diarrhea issues and I was looking to start her on the raw diet. The ladies here were very sympathetic and helpful. They let me try several different kinds of food before we finally found the perfect match. Every time I came in they would ask how Bailey was doing. They even told me if something didn’t work, I could bring it in for a full refund.
I try to bring Bailey every time I go here. The ladies love her and she always gets treats from them.
This store has several different dog food brands and a good selection of raw diet foods. They also have toys, supplies, treats, bones, ect. I can’t go anywhere else now that I know this place is here.

Tamara and Sibylle are knowledgeable and friendly. I go to W&H’s once a week at least and they always have what I need. Before W&H’s opened I went to the same pet store for 8+ years and they never learned my name and barely recognized my face; Tamare and Sibylle ask about my pets and me every time I go in. They carry healthy food, treats, supplements and their store is in a very convenient location. I highly recommend them and Croûton, the store doggy, is the cutest thing ever!

This place is heaven on earth. A natural dog, horse, and cat supply store with a staff full of knowledgeable dog lovers. My girl was truly in heaven, here (my dog girl, that is). I’d just recently learned of its existence from a fellow Leonberger owner. He had raved about the place so I figured why not give it a shot.
They have tons of amazing and all-​natural treats here. A lot of toys, collars, dishes, etc, as well. I saw a ton of stuff I know my dog loves, and bunch of items I haven’t seen before. I picked up a bag full of peanut looking treats, hearts, some bones, and more.
It’s a fun place to hang out with your dog. So we stayed a while.
Mine had a blast. And on the way home, she wasn’t even up for much conversation. She was too busy begging for the bag of treats I had with me up front. But it was only a short, 10 minute ride home so she didn’t have long to wait.
But as soon as we got home, she did ask me to bring her back to that Woofs place (as she calls it) again soon. Silly puppy. Of course I will. We’ll also bring some family along next time. Make a party out of it.
Definitely make this your first stop if you’re in the Littleton area and want to get something special for your dog (or cat or horse)!

I have been to this store various times and at first I was wary of prices. The lady’s at the front have been very helpful and very nice, quality customer service. I was purchasing a certain brand food for my dog but she was becoming really gassy and the owner suggested a simpler and less expensive brand to see if the gassiness was provoked by too much protein in her diet and to top it off she said if it didn’t work after a week to bring in the food for a refund. So this just showed me that they are not only interested in their bottom line but are there for true customer service! Love it!
BTW, they have a nice selection of toys/​beds/​bowls for both dogs and cats!
