Advanta Asphalt Concrete purchased the assets of Anderson Asphalt Maintenance, Lake City Fl a successful 30 year company and retained the owner and employees for a smooth transition.

The assets of Design Paving USA a decorative Asphalt and Concrete installation company and it’s President Don Miller were transferred to Advanta Asphalt Concrete in September 2013.

Michael Miller of Live Oak Fl joined the Company to offer Decorative Stained Stamped Concrete for Commercial and Residential use.

Sam has been in business development for 34 years. Currently president of two other brick and mortar business in Live Oak Fl. My focus is primarily on marketing and customer retention management. Our service to community through active volunteerism in the communities is our success.
