I normally wouldn’t review this store, but the ratings here on Unilocal are all kinda bad… and it isn’t a bad store. Just like anywhere else, James Avery has busy seasons, and if you go during one of those, prepare to wait. I have been treated decently at this location, but then again, I haven’t had exchanges to make or anything. I will continue shopping here mostly because of the location and the fact I haven’t really had any trouble with service or staff. Plus, if anyone makes cuter charms, I haven’t found them :)

The other review on Unilocal is exactly true! When your in there to buy they treat you right. But I just went in there with a JA bag to have the charms put on wife’s new bracelet and they helped me with an attitude. I wanted to exchange a charm and they said they had some in the returns but didn’t want to process because they were about to close. I got there at 7 and they close at 8. Decided to return everything for the bad service. Decided to take my business elsewhere. They I think we’re judging my appearance. I don’t think they are use to big shaved head Mexicans with money walking into their store. Never again! Going to J GREEN!

This store is very helpful when we are buying jewelry. We buy a lot of jewelry here as a family and the ten give them to each other as gifts. They are absolutely not helpful when we need to exchange the gift for a different size. We always bring the receipt, so it is not like we are asking for exceptions. It’s just very clear in the amount of information they provide and their demeanor that they could care less about you at this point. Again, very helpful when we are buying the jewelry. Since we come all the time we can see a clear difference in their behavior. Makes me want to start going to a different JA store all together.
