Established in 2014.

3M Audio Custom is owned by 3 individuals who got together and decided to open up a car audio shop. Menard is trusted by the other 2 owners to take care of the day-​to-​day business at the shop, so they don’t need to be around. Menard is the main installer who does all of the custom work on the vehicles that come in.

Business Owner

Menard started installing car audio as a hobby at the age of 16. He mostly practiced basic installs such as deck and speakers on friend’s and family’s vehicles. Many were impressed with the work he had done and suggested he apply as an installer at some local car stereo shops. When he was 19 years old, he was hired at one of the biggest car stereo shops on Guam where he started doing professional installations. He was trained in custom car audio installations where he learned to create custom wood and fiberglass panels wrapped in factory-​matched carpet or vinyl. He also learned how to install alarms from basic systems to remote start systems. When Menard moved to California, he only got better at his custom installations. He has worked at a few different car audio shops building a loyal client base at each stop with his quality installations that are not only pleasing to the eye but sound great too. Now Menard is taking his 18 years of car audio experience to his very own shop.
