Sad to say, some negative things were uncovered regarding Fred’s work as time progressed.
1. He never changed my Oil as he stated he did. So I drove over 3,000 miles with dirty oil that I Thought was changed — Not Good.
2. Fred looked at my AC in an effort to diagnose the issue. In doing so he removed the plastic caps that are critical parts for sealing A/​C system, and never put them back. I found them just sitting on the top of the strut well under my hood.
I don’t think he was being malicious, and as I stated earlier, he was understaffed that day — but competence is paramount when I am paying full value for a service.

Called for an oil change early on Monday and was told he couldn’t take me until the next day. No Biggie, made an appointment for the next day at 12. So that’s today… I came in at 12 to drop off my car and the guy I spoke to on the phone told me he couldn’t move any of the cars out of the way so I had to come back later. I said ok, what time? He told me after I get off work around 5:30 and he would stay late.
This is just a weird situation. Why couldn’t I have left my car in the parking lot until he could get to it? That’s what usually happens. Anyway, weird vibe and I don’t think I’ll be going back

After paying to have my vehicle diagnosed somewhere else and receiving an outrageous price for repairs, I called Fred and was quoted half the price of the other shop. I gave him only my name and vehicle information over the phone. The next day he stayed late to wait for me to bring my truck in. He had already ordered the part I needed and had in the shop ready to show me. He then explained to me how the part worked and how it would fix the problem I was having.
True to his word, he stuck to the price he quoted me over the phone and didn’t try to sell me on any extra services.
It was refreshing to deal with Fred. He was honest, upfront, knowledgable, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone!

Is there such a thing as an honest mechanic out there? My husband and I believe we found him! Fred and the staff are fantastic… we’ve been bringing our cars here for servicing for the past 8 years. He treats his customers with the utmost respect.

Excellent service!
After a shoddy scam artist of a smog «test only» station gave me a false fail on a car I **knew** should have passed, I went here. Fred was super nice over the phone and in person. The price was reasonable and they had it in and out in no time. And my car passed with flying colors!
