Been going here since I was in high school… Many, many moons ago! Lol anyways love this place… Its sad to see a historical monument closing down! The city of Livermore should take this into consideration, because anyone who grew up in the tri-​valley area have been and had purchased items at this place! Love this place and sorry to see it go!

This place is ridiculous. I bought a flask from them (over priced) in a hurry and that was a big mistake. I didn’t end up using the flask and wanted to return it, they wouldn’t refund my purchase only offered me store credit. Umm no thank you. I hate places like this where you can only get store credit for merchandise that you want to return. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and hopefully you all do the same.

I love how unique this place is! It has the atmosphere that I just totally dig. They have a lot of jewelry, novelty items, pipes, smoke accessories, and etc, and not to mention some pretty neat clothes and purses. It’s a little pricey, but you can expect that from the quality you’re getting here. I saw this beautiful amethyst pendant I’m hoping to get next time I go.
The staff is also pretty nice and helpful. I like how they give you the background on all their various pipes; like who made them, how they were made, and etc. Very cool! :-)

I stop in when in town if I have the time. I always have a great time talking with the owners, even when I see them out selling at a car show. I stop in for the apparel to see what’s new. I always end up buying something.

This is a great store, they carry a lot of the stuff that I typically can only find online or at car shows, definitely the only place in the area that I know of that sells Trophy Queens!
Charlotte’s Web is my go to place whenever it’s time to buy a gift for someone or when I need a new outfit/​accessories for a show. It is a bit of a drive, but well worth it.

This store carries the most dia de los muertos figurines that Ive ever seen. A very unique store. Ive been to the one in Berkeley several times. But I love the Livermore location just a smidgen more. I love the variety of artwork in the livermore store. My boyfriend bought me a few barrettes from the livermore store and I absolutely love em. I love how the livermore store is in a older building. it really gives a cool vibe when you walk in. This place has many cool bags and purses as well I think they have more of a variety of bags and purses than the Berkeley store. However both locations are awesome. I love going to both stores. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Been going here back and forth for a few years now. It helps I know the owner’s daughter, but of course that doesn’t sway my review because when it comes to in this area, or anywhere in the Bay Area, they are the only one that carries a lot of the neat kustom kulture stuff that I love.
I’ve been a customer at the Livermore store for a few years now, and got to stop by and check out the one in Berkeley. If you’re looking for anything Kustom Kulture, pin-​up, Low brow art, or other kinda off the wall stuff this is definitively the place to go. Lucky 13 stuff, Day of the Dead artwork and art, pin up stuff, Tiki stuff up the yingyang, even metalflake stuff in the car section along with all sorts of neat purses for the ladies.
It’s definitely the store full of shit you never realized you needed to have in your life!

I’ve lived in Livermore for 10 years and this was my first time in here. My son and I went to look for patches to put on my two hats. Not only was the older woman cool and friendly, but she busted out a whole box of patches that weren’t in the display. Real cool. The stuff there was geared towards tattoo art shirts, purses, books, and jewelry. The smoke stuff was in the back and out of sight. I bought some stuff from them at the carshow (goodguys). That’s how I went there in town. I thought this stuff was cool and the woman behind the counter was cool and she makes me want to come back and blow a wad of cash on the tattoo art clothes and t-​shirts. If you guys carried more hats I would be broke.

Sounds like a persons experience of CW is dependent upon the employee working that day because I had a fine experience.
I was missing my smoke shops of sf and Berkley and started to search for local ones/​Low and behold, Livermore has Charlottes Web (not surprising).
They have a WIDE variety and just… stuff. Jewelry, postcards, statues, clothes, and of course, smoking utensils. Needless to say I got lost in their for awhile but left with exactly what I was looking for. Its def. out of the way in a random location standing alone, but I really enjoyed my experience here. I’ll def. come back next time I don’t wanna make the trek to Berkley or SF!

I agree 100% with Ann M’s review. I had a similar experience with the mean old lady behind the counter and her lack of customer service skills. When I first arrived there she was out front talking to herself. I asked for some help and she talked to me like I was stupid and even made fun of they way I looked because apparently I do not look like one of her typical customers. Well eff you too heffer. You don’t know me! I left and went around the corner and got what I wanted from somebody else. Shame too because my husband who has grown up in Livermore liked that shop and goes there every so often. After the way she barked at me, he won’t be spending our money there again unless he wants a divorce.

I came here the other day after ordering these sunglasess 5 months ago!!! I also ordered them from the comany 5 months ago. long story short, Charlottes Web got them first. So they put them on hold for me till I could make it out there. I havent been to this shop in years and wow it has changed! They had the sunglasses in 4 different colors!!! Purses to go gaga for, bakelight jewelry, clothes, coffee table books, subculture books, hair accessories, i even bought a CD… it had a lot of skips on it but its still listenable. The other half is a head shop. not my cup of tea but hey, if you are the only store of this nature you have to cater to all of Livermore. And I love small businesses and supporting them!
Customer service was great, too! 2 nice gals who were very friendly and helped direct me around the store and entertain my excited mood when I hit the wallet section!
I can’t say I will be back all the time since I live so far, but I did order some stuff to be delivered to my house for convenience.
I am a very happy customer!

Charlotte’s Web always has everything I could possibly want and more. It’s a great place to shop for gifts for kustom kulture guys and dolls. They have everything from kitchy items to the latest in Trophy Queen purses. Lucky 13 apparel to random retro inspired knick-​knacks! I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often but luckily they vend MOST of the car shows I attend anyway. However, I would like to see them vend the Bombshells Booze Broads & Hotrods

For livermore, this is a pretty sweet shop. The employees are always super nice and helpful whenever I have been in there.

I really like this store! It has a lot of unique items clothes, purses, jewelry, art and glassware. The smoking items are way overpriced though. If you have to buy or gift or want something not many people have this places Rocks

Charlottes Web has been around forever. def one of the east bays oldest head shops. I guess they do have a pretty large selection of «glassware» as well as pipes and interesting“smoking“materials, but thats not why i go there…
Charlotte’s Web has one (if not the best) selections of Kustom Kulture goods in the whole bay area. Not only do they carry just about every line of clothing and accessories, they also have the biggest selection of hard to find hot rod and kustom car magazines
wife has spent many a paycheck on their Trophy Queen purses and ladies clothing sections. Everytime i go there they have something new that one of us has to have.
And did i mention the staff? Its run my a mother and daughter team as well as a few other very helpful people. They also vend at most of the area car and tattoo shows. look for ‘em and stop by to say Hi… great place.

I like this store a lot. It’s very rockerffic. Lots of hot rod and pin up books, lucky 13 clothing, trophy queen purses and lucky loo loo sandals! They also sell tiki bar accessories and vintage cocktail items too. They are always updated their stock so you’re bound to see something new every time you go in. In the back they do sell some naughty girfts and smoking items so it would be wise to keep the kiddies home for this shopping trip.

Last time I was here they kept insisting the pipes and bongs were for tobacco. umkay
They have a selection of kitsch and cute along with the head shop paraphernalia.
The Lucky 13 work shirts are great.
I just wish the mouthbreather behind the counter would stay over there. Down boy. Stay. Go lay by your bowl.

wow! so funny to see this place is still around after so many years! not so sure what there really trying to call themselves other than a tobacco shop but they have some weird n wacky stuff. don’t get around here these days but it was a must stop for us back in the high school days. it was really the only place around to find tobacco pipes! lol cool staff, large selection, don’t tell your kids about this place! lol
