Corey Green did a great job! My husband and I weren’t sure we wanted to try to sell and buy right now because of the market conditions but we met Corey Green by chance and started talking about our circumstances. Corey’s creativity and willingness to work with unreasonable deadlines changed our minds. He prepared our home for sale in one week, negotiated a deal on our new home in two days and we were off and running! We sold our place in no time and we moved into a home that exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have done it without him. Thanks for everything Corey! We couldn’t be happier!

This review is for Dave Toledo who works in this branch. Highly recommend Dave Toledo to anyone looking for a realtor in the Tri-​Valley area! We knew what we were looking for and wanted to see a particular house and lucky for us his office was showing that house. Our transaction was quick and easy and Dave made it fun and informative too! You feel like you are working with a friend who listens to what you want and works to find that for you! He is a realtor with a heart. Loves what he does and loves people and it shows! I look forward to baking in my new kitchen and I owe Dave a pie :)

This review is specifically for Janice Stout. Since I can’t find a Unilocal page for her directly, I figured this page would work just as well.
If I could give more than 5⁄5 stars, I would give Janice 7 out of 5 stars. She is absolutely fantastic. I was moving from Boston to the San Francisco Bay Area and was looking for a place to buy in a similar price range to the condo I had in Boston. Through another Keller-​Williams agent, I came in contact with Janice who helped me look for places with rather specific preferences (two bedrooms, pet-​friendly, safe area, close to San Francisco, Tracy, and Palo Alto, and most importantly low price point). Not knowing the area I was moving to, I had no idea that this was a completely impossible search.
At this point Janice could have walked away from working with me. It would have made sense, realtors get very little compensation from apartment searches. Instead, over the course of a month, Janice helped me find ten apartments in the Bay Area that would fit my refined preferences. In one whirlwind day, I visited San Francisco and checked out seven of the ten apartments, plus three more not on our list. Janice drove out to meet me near the first apartment then drove me to each apartment from 10am to 430pm. She was amazingly helpful and I just reserved my apartment in Redwood City!
Short version: Janice Stout is extremely helpful and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

When my sister and her now husband were looking for their first house, Gene and Cindy were instrumental in finding them a great place at a great price. They were so satisfied they recommended Cindy and Gene to me.
I was having trouble buying my first home in CA last year because I owned another residence out of state and no lender wanted to work with me even though my credit was great. Gene and Cindy found me a mortgage broker who made it possible for me to qualify. Then we started the house hunt. After several offers, and some disappointment over being out bid, they found me the perfect place to call home. The best part is its down the street from my sister and her husband in a safe, family community.
