History
Established in 2007.
Founded by Larry & Margie Dino, Cuda Ridge Wines produces Bordeaux style wines that bring out the wonderful terroir of Livermore Valley. Cuda Ridge started as a «hobby» business in a garage on Greenville Road in Livermore with an initial production of 300 cases. In 2009 the winery was moved to East Avenue and a new tasting room was opened and the production was significantly increased. Cuda Ridge recently (Aug. 2013) moved to a beautiful new winery location at 2400 Arroyo Road. The current production is 2000+ cases per year. Cuda Ridge Wines produces the following Bordeaux varietals: Semillion, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Each of varietals produced are small lots ranging from 100 — 250 cases. Cuda Ridge does extensive blending of the varietals and strives for lower alcohol wines with intense complexity and character, traditional of the Bordeaux style.

Larry and Margie Dino started Cuda Ridge Wines in 2007. Larry is the winemaker and GM, Margie is the wine boss. Larry was a software manager in the silicon valley and Margie is a practicing RN. Larry and Margie have had a fondness for wine for over 27 years and started doing home wine making in their garage in Fremont, California beginning in 1999. Larry and Margie moved to Livermore in 2001, built a small barrel room in their garage, and continued to make wine.
