Eminent Carpet Cleaning

They did a fabulous job. They were on time, professional and their prices are reasonable. They gave an estimate over the phone based on the square footage of the area to be cleaned and it was an accurate estimate.

Used this company for the 2^nd time recently and they did another great job! They are easy to reach and always return your call. I was able to get an appointment on pretty short notice, they arrived on time, worked quick and did a great job! Will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Adrian did a great job on our carpets again. We have been using Eminent for 3 years now and never disappointed. I wish I could give them 6 stars!!!

These guys are the best! On time, super-​fast, very professional, great job, great price — can’t ask for more! They’ve cleaned my carpet at least 3 times and it’s always done perfectly.

My tenant was moving out and hired Eminent to clean the carpet. The house was vacant for a week after the cleaning. When we returned to the vacant house, there was prominent pet smell. Pet hair can be picked up from the carpet. Stains at the entrance and several places. Considering this house never housed a pet before this tenant, and my tenant only kept pets for a very short time, the carpet cleaning this company did was really not good.
We called the company. They called back and said this kind of carpet (berber carpet) is hard to clean. Maybe they should have told their clients before the job, so my tenant could have found a company who can get the job done. The company said they’ll send someone over to take a look. They never showed up. I have hired several carpet cleaning companies before. Never had problems like this.
Hopefully this honest review can be found on Unilocal so people are aware of the truth.
EDIT 1÷19÷2016 After my first review, my tenant contacted the owner of Eminent. They sent someone over to reclean some areas. My property manager signed off on the final work. I am retracting the rating from 1 star to three stars now. Minus two stars only because first, the original work was not complete. Deducted the second star because we had to wait many days after we were brushed off by someone at Eminent. I will be honest and say that if the first time their work showed good result like today’s, I would have easily give them five stars.

Adrian is amazing. I have used these guys 2 times, for two different homes and both times they have amazed me. They do great work, are really fast and don’t charge you an arm and a leg.
I called them yesterday to schedule a cleaning for the following week. They called me back, said they were in town and able to be at my house in 2 hours. They came over and did my house at the last minute! And my carpets look better than brand new!
Highly recommend these guys.

Call them every 6 months to come clean my carpets… They do a wonderful job and will keep using them as long as I either live in the area or have carpet to clean !

Adrian has done both my home and office carpets for years. The most outstanding customer service and professionalism. The carpets are immaculate every time his pricing is good and he is always available on short notice. This is the only carpet company I will use.

Great crew, I called them because I’ve seen them do other homes in our community. They were fast and polite. They answered all my questions and understood my needs. The price was very reasonable for what I had. We live in a town house with 2 flights of stairs. Would use these guys again in a heart beat. Great work, thank you!

I called Eminent Carpet Cleaning based on the Unilocal reviews after researching local businesses. I was surely not disappointed! I am a renter and my 4 year old has grown up on my carpets and we have a 1 year old dog. I had realistic expectations and did not expect every stain to come out but I seriously cannot find any stains!
I called and was provided an estimate over the phone and was fit in the schedule for the same week. Adrian came with a few of his crew and were in and out in less than hour. When they arrived no one tried to up sell or tell me I needed any special treatments that obviously werent necessary to get my carpets clean. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I will definitely call Eminent Carpet Cleaning for all my flooring and upholstery needs!

I have weird, inexpensive 8 year old carpet. Adrienne came on the rainiest day of the year in December and did my carpet … about 1700 sq feet of carpet. Amazing job, it looks like new more than a month later! He and his helpers made sure not to track any mud or dirt or rain water into the house… which was a big job in itself on the ay that they came. They also recommended a person who was able to stretch my carpet. Beyond reasonable pricing for cleaning.

Our carpets are 24 years old. We aren’t ready to replace them just yet so decided to risk having them cleaned. It was a good choice having the guys at Eminent do the work. Our carpets look like new! Great prices, prompt service, wonderful job!

These guys are great! They are punctual, professional, thorough, and honest. They charge and honest and fair price. Our carpets were fresh, fluffy, and clean. They also cleaned our crusty microfiber coach, which gave it new life! We have used them twice and we will be using them again!

These guys are super FAB! They were awesome and super nice. I am not a morning person do my carpet was full of coffee stains from me waddling up and down the stairs still in my sleep coma. Needless to say, these guys got most of the stains out in less than an hour and for a good price. They also have green organic as an option! So cool that they offer that option.
My carpet is fluffy new again!!!

Called to get a quote, indicated that we had large living room (17′ x 17′ which counts as two rooms), 4 other rooms, and stairs. Quoted by room and stairs. Spotless in Pleasanton quoted by sq feet and per step, which was over 2X of what Adrian quoted. On the day of the service he called as he was running a little about 40 mins late, no problem. He and two of his staff arrived and started immediately. Did the job in 1.5 hours. Went over areas as needed to take care of stains, which I didn’t even notice.
When he was done he asked for less than the quote since it was a quick job for him and his crew. Great job!
Although the coupons that come in the mail appear to be lower in price, I prefer supporting local businesses. I’m sure those coupon guys also try to upsell, Adrian didn’t.
Will be using them to get the other rooms and tile done in a few months. Keep up the great work guys!

I called these guys because I was moving out and needed to get my whole deposit back. I was told by the property management company it would probably be cheaper to hire my own company than to let them bring someone in.
Eminent Cleaning had great reviews and was local.
They showed up early and got right to work. They quoted me two hours for a three bed 1400sq ft townhouse. It took about an hour. The place looks great.
Adrian and his coworker we very professional.
I did a walk through later in the day and they did an awesome job. A couple stains I was worried about came right out.
If I ever need a carpet cleaned again, these are the guys I will be calling.

You know how you get a bunch of mailers for carpet cleaning places and then when you decide it’s time to clean your carpets, you can’t find any or don’t know if they will do a good job?
Well this happened to me. Unilocal to the rescue! Called up Eminent Carpets and set up an appt that same week! Guys showed up on time, were extremely professional and did an amazing job! Even got rid of a huge stain that other carpet cleaners have not been able to do. They knocked out 3 rooms + stairs in about an hour.
Highly recommend!

Having lots of animals means your carpets get dirty quickly. It was time for a good carpet cleaning and based on the great Unilocal reviews I called Eminent. They did a great job cleaning the carpets and removed almost all of the stains. They were friendly and fast with fair pricing. I was told an estimate over the phone and they stuck to that which I really like.
We had 2 rooms cleaned and a set of stairs. After I checked everything out when they left, I noticed they didn’t clean the landing at the top of the stairs?! Maybe that was extra, but there were a bunch of stains still left. It’s a very small landing and it would have been very easy to do. I ended up getting some vinegar and trying to do it myself. I’m not sure if it was overlooked or if I was not clear that it was to be cleaned to. That was the only disappointing thing.
