Howard Beverleigh was there exactly as planned. He did a list of chores big & small. I was delighted with his work and his professionalism. I have used him before and will do so again.

A while back, Neill came out and installed a folding door, replaced some old shower doors with new shower rods and did a great job. He’s easy going, honest and has very reasonable pricing. I would recommend him.

I can’t recommend Neill enough. We moved into a new house and had to hustle to get interior painting completed before the furniture came in. We also wanted the garage floor painted, and a nice redwood fence built on the side yard for the dogs, as well as a new redwood replacement gate. I was busy unpacking and fixing/​modifying little tweaks on the house and neither of us wanted to mess with painting and figuring out how to build fences and gates, so we contacted Neill. Neill came through to complete these projects for us, and proved to be very knowledgable, respectful, flexible and professional in the process. Neill’s edge and corner work with the paint is flawless and I couldn’t be happier with the overall paint job he did and the fence and gate he built too. And he did it all in good time and at a reasonable price…
If you need some work done on your home, Neill is your guy. You can’t go wrong.

So, I first reviewed Neill’s Handyman business about 18 months ago, and here I am today, taking some time to update my review, because he is doing such a good job. We have been working on various projects all this time, and I only have one thing to say: Neill delivers. I also really appreciate the fact that when I call him for a small job, he lives by his motto: «No job too small» and he makes me feel comfortable about it.

Neill is the consummate professional. not just some random guy with a truck and toolbelt. He is honest and reliable. He also knows what he’s doing and does the job right. Plus, he’s super-​affordable compared to other handymen services/​contractors. I would absolutely recommend him.
