Livermore Collision Center, Inc. provides complete post-​accident vehicle auto body, collision, and paint repair services at its Livermore facility. The family-​owned and operated company uses some of the industry’s most advanced technology to restore vehicles to their pre-​accident conditions, including a Snap-​on Shark computerized uni-​body and frame measuring system, a Chief EZ Liner frame straightener, a computerized color-​matching PPG Waterborne paint system, and infrared paint baking equipment. Other services include free computerized estimates, shuttle services, and towing and rental car assistance. Livermore Collision is PPG and ASE Certified as well as I-​CAR Gold Class. Services Include: Free transportation within local area. Pick-​up and delivery. A pain-​free repair process. Convenient free estimates at our facility. Written lifetime warranty on all repairs. Each vehicle is repaired to factory specifications in our high tech collision repair facility.

History

Established in 1989.

The slogan on the back of an old truck outside of Livermore Collision Center says it all: «We meet the nicest people… by accident.» The shop has 8 service bays plus a paint shop in the back. This shop has been in the community for more than 20 years and you count on its staff for top-​notch bodywork and great customer service. Livermore Collision Center is now «Earth Friendly» with their new Waterbourne paint system.

Business Owner

Owner Bill Miller established Livermore Collision Center in 1993. He began his automotive industry career working as a mechanic and restoring classic show cars, but he gradually expanded his expertise to include automobile and truck collision repairs. Mr. Miller says he still loves to learn about advancements in collision repair technology, and he regularly attends schools, seminars, weekend classes and trade shows to stay up-​to-​date.

These guys are the simply the best. They won’t sell you a service that you don’t need and treat your car as if it was their own. It’s clear that Jeff wants you to drive away happy, and that’s exactly what I did when I brought my car in to repair marks on the rear panel after it was scraped by the garage door. Jeff and team are what customer service and customer satisfaction should be everywhere.

I recently had to have some work done on our Toyota Camry by Livermore Collision under warranty. My interactions with Jeff Gordon were very positive. The work was done on time and I’m very pleased with the results. In my opinion, good customer service is a rarity nowadays and I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of dealing with Jeff to get the repairs taken care of. He listened to my concerns and the overall experience and workmanship was excellent. Our old Camry looks a lot better after the bodywork and thanks for standing behind your work!

Livermore Collision Center did a wonderful job repainting the hood and front bumper of my car (which had been highly oxidized)! Leonardo handled all of the details (drafting the estimate, coordinating the amount of time it’d take, and keeping me posted on the status of my car). The customer service is top-​notch and the quality of the work is as good as it gets. It looks like a factory paint job. Thanks guys!

I originally had Livermore Collision Center refinish the roof of my 1999 Dodge Dakota pickup back in 2006, as the clearcoat was failing and peeling off. At that time, their estimate was very reasonable, and when the work was done, it was better than factory-​new. Working with Bill at that time was a pleasure, and I couldn’t have been more pleased.
Now, just in the last week, we visited them once again, this time for the same kind of clearcoat failure on our 10-​year-​old Chrysler, on the roof and trunk lid. They had the job completed in less than 3 days, and as before, the results were outstanding! I then also had them repaint the front bumper cover on my 2011 Ford Escape (which had been recently painted by another shop and the work and color match was terrible!), and just picked that car up from them tonight. Once again, the finish is impeccable, and they seem to have been able to properly match the original paint as it appears on the rest of the car. Also, in the case of my Escape, they decided to go to the extra effort of removing the front bumper from the vehicle before painting, which was not included in my original estimate; yet, they only charged me what Bill had originally quoted me, in spite of the extra labor expended on their part.
Quality work; very reasonable cost, always «on-​time» as promised, Diamond Certified (and with good reason), Lifetime Warranty on all they do… these guys will definitely continue to have my future business, should I ever need any paint or body work done any time in the future!
Bottom line is, Bill and Leonardo are great, and they stand behind their work… it doesn’t get any better than that! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Livermore Collision Center did a great job on our car and provided excellent service the entire time.
We were referred to Livermore Collision by our Insurance Company. I was in contact with Bill during the initial part of setting up when we needed to drop off the car. Since it was estimated it would take about 8 days I also needed to coordinate the rental car. Bill was really professional on the phone and helpful and understanding of all the little things that needed to get coordinated. He also got on it quickly to order the parts for the car (and probably color/​paint) as well.
I also spoke with Robin on the phone also and I was just so impressed by their professionalism.
When our car was finished, the folks at Livermore Collision said that we could just leave our rental car with them and they would follow up with Enterprise and have them come and pick it up so we didn’t have to drive to yet another place. I felt that everything was super top notch service.
and the car looks great.
Really though this is to complicate the professionalism of everyone that we interacted with. It’s what makes living and keeping my business in Livermore important to me. Plus it’s a family owned business. I am super stoked to give a 5 star rating.

I’ve had the misfortune to require their service three times in the recent past and each time the work is consistently good and the customer service is excellent. One of my vehicles was hit recently requiring over $ 10,000 worth of work. Bill and his staff not only took care of getting the car looking good again but dealt with the other driver’s insurance company so I didn’t have to. I just picked up my car that was in an accident only one week ago. Front bumper and hood damage. My car looks STELLAR. Like brand new. The customer service and follow-​through was 5 star. Would highly recommend.
