Fantastic company. Have used them many times over the years for residence & rental properties — never disappointed. They just installed a mini-​split heat pump system at my house. First, the owner Larry visited and spent over an hour explaining my options and taking measurements. Larry immediately comes across as a completely honest businessman who is genuinely interested in giving his customers the best solution for them, even if it is not the most profitable for him. The installation was scheduled within two weeks of signing the bid. The installation crew, Mike LeGate & Freddy, was top notch. Extremely professional, clean, and courteous (even my dog liked them, and she doesn’t like anybody). They sweated every last detail to make sure the system performed well, and looked good.

We just finished upgrade our heating and AC system this week. I highly recommended Miller’s if you are replacing Heating and AC system. Mr. Miller came to give us a quote but their schedule is not available after 1 month later, so he offered to temporarily get our heat back on before they can replace the furnace. During the installation, Mike is very detailed and he gave us a lot of valuable information in regards to set up the thermostat and maintenance. Mike is very friendly and he tried to keep all area very clean after his work. We are very satisfied Miller’s service and reasonable price and will recommend Miller’s to anyone who needs to upgrade their system.

We recently had our AC, furnace and duct work replaced by Miller’s. I am completely satisfied about the work. Our starting contact was Bob. He explained all the options and answered all the questions. He did not put any pressure to sell. Mike and his team did the installation. They were pleasure to work with. They completed the job on time, clean up after each day. They help us get the rebate including doing all the paperwork and scheduling the required tests. Mike and his team went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy with the project. I highly recommend them.

After searching and speaking with several companies with replacment of our AC/​Heating unit, it was easy to choose Miller’s Air Conditioning & Heating. From start to finish took only 2 ½ days. This company explained every detail on what to buy and why to pick the system for our house. They take all possible angles to help with price and rebates.
Mike was our lead technicain on our job. Mike was very helpful, understanding, clean and OCD with details and making it perfect.
There are no fireworks or show boating with this company. No facny trucks or shirts or advertisments with broken promises. This company has good business sense and it shows in the work they provide and the products they sell.

Rarely does a contractor exceed my expectations… but Miller’s did on this one. We had our 30-​year old heater and air conditioner replaced in our home (2300 sq. ft). Typically, when you replace the original equipment, the contractor has a difficult time keeping the installation as neat and compact as the original. And I tend to be really picky.
In this case, the installation quality far exceeded what I could have done, and any other similar replacement I have seen to-​date. Down to every detail (mechanical, electrical and repairs to walls, etc.).
Their work area was always clean and they picked up and discarded debris at the end of each work day.
I highly recommend your request *Mike* to perform your installation. Joe also assisted him as well, and always communicated with me before coming into the house to do his part of the work.
The only critique was that the salesman did not provide Mike and Joe with the final contract that we had agreed on — there was a few unique items there that they were not aware of. But it did not matter in the end — Mike made it happen and came up with creative ways of handling the special items.
Payment, schedule coordination and payment was also quick and efficient.

We have been customers of Miller’s Air Conditioning & Heating for 41 years. They have installed several furnace/​air systems for us and also done repairs. Linda who answers the phone is great. She is pleasant and efficient (it is so nice to reach an actual person rather than an answering service). She took our info and promised to call back to fit us in to take care of our concerns sooner… and she did. We have had 2 visits from Miller’s in the past 2 weeks. The first was from Kevin who quickly diagnosed the reason our automatic pilot would not function was the do it yourself job we had done installing a new thermostat… a loose wire. Today Joe came to help us. We had found a mouse nest in one of our ducts. Joe went under the house, inspected the vents and found a couple mouse created holes in a duct and repaired them. He was very pleasant and even set a couple mouse traps for us before he left.
We have referred Miller’s to friends and neighbors for years and will definitely continue to do so. Thanks again to all of you.

I recently had a Bryant furnace & AC unit installed by Miller’s, and they did a great job. Their customer service & attention to detail, were a nice change from some experiences I’ve had with other companies in the past. It’s nice to support local businesses, and I highly recommend this one.

I was in need of an AC/​Furnace upgrade for my house
I contacted Miller’s AC for an estimate and the salesperson showed up at my house on time with all the information to show me different choices
The salesperson was professional and not pushy to indicate what they could offer to me with the different price breakdown.
They initially offered a Bryant system but I ended up going with a Rudd system after doing some research on the Bryant one. They switched me to the Rudd at no additional cost.
The price was right and did not change once they committed to it.
They add to relocate my old AC from a closet to an attic location.
Install:
A crew of 3 persons showed with Michael as their foreman
They spent the first day demoing the original system and prepping the new one
The second day was spent putting into position the new equipment
The rest of the time was spent connecting everything together
Michael made sure that my house was protected on the floor and wall so no damage would be done to my wall and hardwood floor, he made sure to ask me question when some decision had to be made, the crew cleanup all their dust and debris everyday.
They disposed of all the boxes and old equipment at no cost.
They also went the extra mile to patch my closet wall with sheetrock to convert it to a closet
The install crew was very friendly, professional and courteous at all time
Once the job was done they spent the time to show me the system in action and answer all my questions.
They also made sure to fill up the form for Bayren Energy rebate and be there when the inspection were done.
Result:
I am very very happy with Miller’s AC job and would recommend them to anybody.

I had a great experience with Miller’s. I’m so happy having central air in my house now. They completed the work in the stated time and the quoted price was the most reasonable of all the quotes we received. Mike and his work crew were professional and pleasant. There were a couple things that attention after the job was complete and they came over the day we called and fixed them immediately.
I would recommend them to anyone. Great service and I’m so happy the whole house stays cool now!

Millers is awesome! They do amazing work and are very fast! Daniel and his partner Stephen did the install. They were extremely friendly and respectful of the fact that we had an 8 month old baby in the house. They made very little noise when they knew he was going down for his nap.
They were clean and put down runners over the carpets to prevent any stains.
They picked up any bit of debris each time before leaving and even vacuumed to be sure.
Out of curtesy they installed a portable air conditioning unit for us while ours was being worked on.
If you are thinking of getting your ac changed or serviced, request Daniel. Overall he is extremely knowledgeable and a fun person to have working on your house.
I will definitely be referring these guys in the future!

A termite inspection revealed that there were significant problems with the HVAC ducting — original to our 1973 home (steel-​ducting/​crawl space). Joe, from Miller’s, came to inspect our system and confirmed several breaks. We decided to do a complete tear-​out and install all new, flexible and insulated ducting. My old ducting was a mess… the estimate was reasonable that I confirmed with other sources. Miller’s did the tear-​out in April — a big job and followed up in May to install the new ducting (scheduled at our request to facilitate other necessary work in the crawl space). The installation took 1−½ days for Joe and his senior Steve complete. The job was done with a minimum of disruption for us, they cleaned-​up and ahead of schedule. They also re-​wrapped our furnace ducting with current-​code insulating materials. Our new system performs very well, and we’re not heating and cooling our crawl space anymore for the critters. I’ll call Miller’s back when my 17yr-​old furnace needs replacement in a few yrs.

I am always skeptical when calling a place where I know the first 30 minutes is going to cost me lots of $$$s.
Miller’s appears to be different. I called there with a very specific problem. The office had an issue (power outage) but I was called by their representative Holly almost immediately.
She spent a significant amount of time trying to help me find a solution to meet my set of problems (all while her office was experiencing an outage).
I would recommend the service I received from Miller’s absolutely!

I would absolutely use this company again and have already recommended them to a friend. Very responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and hard working. Really great customer service. Our heater stopped working and we called another company who said they couldn’t fix it and wanted to charge us a lot of money to replace it. So we called Miller’s Air Conditioning & Heating for a second opinion. Miller’s got our heating unit up and running and gave us a reasonable quote for adding an AC we have been wanting, which we will schedule in a few months.
Update: We hired Larry and his crew to come back and install AC and update the heater, same great customer service, very friendly, and they did a great job. Our AC is running great! I highly recommend this company!

I had Miller’s repair my air-​conditioner two weeks ago. Sunny diagnosed the problem, then Joe and Danny came out and fixed it. They were all professonal and did a great job. I’ve been using this company for 15 years.

Sonny from Miller’s came out to diagnose and fix a heating problem — blown fuse in the motherboard. Prior HVAC mechanics found «big problems «, and recommended replacing the whole furnace. Sonny worked fast and efficient. Recommended a new blower capacitor, and done! Thanks, Sonny!
