After doing our research, comparison shopping, and asking around, we homed in on Sensible Spas, and we are so glad we did! Their choices were varied. Their prices were great. Their advice was great. Their set-​up and customizing was perfect, and their delivery and set-​up was faster and smoother than you would ever expect. (We could have saved even more by picking up the tub at Sensible Spas, ourselves.)
If you buy your spa here, you’ll be buying from real people who care personally about their customers. All in all, a top-​notch experience!

I highly recommend getting your hot tub at sensible spas. They have a great selection of tubs at affordable prices. The customer service is amazing!!! Bill, the owner, helped me find workers to lay the foundation/​pad for the tub. Then my hot tub was delivered the next day. They installed it, set up, reviewed with me how to care for the tub. It was a great experience. They are so easy and nice to work with. I was looking at tubs online, but I am so happy I found sensible spas and got to choose my spa in person and have an amazing customer experience to go with it. Definitely buy your hot tub here!

My experience could not have been better. They were friendly and helpful. Everything from showing me the spas, purchasing, delivery and setup was professional and helpful. They were here when they said they would be and showed me how to set up and maintain the spa. And to top it off they have great pricing for any budget!

What a wonderful experience! If they dont have a tub for you, somethings wrong! No preasure, no BS… GREAT PRICES… and they know their business. I picked one out, they delivered it the next day, set it up and hauled my old one away, it doesn’t get any better than this! I am rather hard to please and I am happy as a clam! AWESOME!!!

Sensible Spas went above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service.
The arranged to have a hot tub cover custom made for an older model that required a complex cutout so it could accommodate rising speaker corners. No one else had a solution, but Bill made it easy. I can recommend this firm without reservation. These guys and gals are great!

Bought a Costco return from this dealer. He delivered the hot tub, his guys muscled my old piece of crap Dimension 1 spa (second one in 5 years to self destruct) out of my back yard, then brought in the new spa into my back yard, set it in place. The owner then sat down and converted the standard 110 hook up to 220. Filled it up, turned it on, and it works like a charm. For 1⁄5 of the cost, I have a spa that has water in it set to the same temperature as my $ 10,000 POS, and I can’t tell the difference!
Dealer/​owner could not have been nicer, and his crew was great.

can’t say enough good about these folks. not only do you get great prices (saved $ 500 off the Costco price!) but they deliver… to your yard (if you have access)…and they set the tub up and teach you!!! Costco will drop it at the curb and away they go… which is fine, but this is WAY better!
plus…it’s supporting a local, family-​run business… which is always the best way to do business in my book.
if you’re looking at getting a spa… give them a call!
