We take great pride in being the first and only Diamond Certified Chiropractic & Wellness Center in the San Francisco and East Bay regions with clinics in Livermore and San Ramon, CA. In addition to offering treatments that range from chiropractic and massage therapy to lifestyle advice and nutritional counseling, we have the training and equipment to perform in office body contouring detoxifying body wraps and laser-​like lipo for spot fat reduction, set up customized weight loss programs, and more.

Dr. Jag uses a «whole person approach». This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. By employing different combinations of techniques, supplements, equipment and procedures, we are able to alleviate our patients’ symptoms and return them to normal health and functionality. Using this unique approach, Dr. Jag is able to help you to accelerate and/​or maintain your journey to good health.

As a State of California appointed Qualified Medical Evaluator and Certified Industrial Disability Examiner, we are well versed in Medical-​Legal evaluations and treatments for injuries arising from Workers’ Compensation Cases, Auto Accidents, and Personal Injuries. As a result of our experience and expertise, we are a in-​network preferred provider for most insurance companies.

We offer multiple locations in Livermore, San Ramon, and Fremont, CA to serve our patients. Our Livermore office hours are all day Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Friday mornings and the first Saturday of every month by appointment. We are open in San Ramon on Tuesday evenings and Friday midday. We also hold hours in Fremont on Friday evenings. You are free to contact any office to make an appointment. I have been going to a Chiropractor for many years and I am so thankful I finally found Dr. Dhesi! When I was a kid, I suffered trauma to my head and back during a cheerleading accident. Since then, I’ve had headaches and low back pain consistently. I can honestly say that since being adjusted by Dr. Dhesi 3 years ago, my headaches are non-​existent and my pain back is few and far between. He adjusted me through both my recent pregnancies and still– no back pain!
About a year ago, I went through one of the weight loss programs offered. Within 20 days, I lost 15 lbs and 3% body fat! It taught me how to actually eat healthy things and I feel so much better after going through that program.
Honestly though, one of the great things I love about certain companies is that you can tell the employees are happy in their job position and are treated well. If a company isn’t treating their employees well, I am one of those people who will never go there again. Along with being adjusted by Dr. Dhesi, I’ve had the privilege of working for him for the past 3 years. It was, by far, the best job I’d ever had. He is a fair and caring man who became a chiropractor solely for the purpose of helping people feel better. If you’re reading this review to decide whether or not to chose this business over others, this is the last office you’ll ever need to research. You will not be disappointed by choosing to put your health in his hands (literally)!

Getting my lipo-​light, body wrap and weight loss supplements. Getting myself ready for the summer. Friendly and encouraging staff. While I’m here Dr Jag can adjust me and I’m better off then when I entered the office.

I recommend this place. Had a shoulder injury last June. I was in pain for a long time. My shoulder has felt better and been painless after a couple of sessions with Dr. Jag Dhesi. He is amazing. Very nice and friendly staff.

I purchased a Weight Loss Body Wrap Groupon and spent 1.5 hours driving to my appointment only to find out this treatment is a total lie. I did not loose any inches, although the“wrap technician” marked that I did. She was very nice but unfortunately not very honest.
I’m just very disappointed that I spent $ 78 and wasted 2.5 hours of my day for a fake treatment.

I’ve been going to Dr. Dheshi since he started here several years ago. He’s a great chiropractor, who’s gentle and kind and completely uninvasive. He’s helped my with my chronic back pain, making my life better and easier to live. He remembers what’s going on in your life and all of the staff there is friendly.

Dr. Dhesi definitely is a wonderful chiropractor who knows how to treat patients’ conditions. My mom has been having some neck pain and bilateral shoulder pain. Also she has problems lifting her arms up. After seeing Dr. Dhesi who did certain maneuvers targeting her symptoms, my mom’s pain is much better and right away she could lift her arms up all the way. I bring my mom to Dr. Dhesi on regular basis. I highly recommend him. He also has an office in Fremont and San Ramon.

Prior to check-​up and realignment:
I could barely run a mile without feeling pain and annoying pressure on my lower back. I would always stop and stretch to try to get rid of such annoyance, but it just made things worse. Pressure would worsen after every workout and training session.
After check-​up and realignment:
I ran and completed a Half-​Marathon (13.1 miles) with ZERO issues regarding my lower back.
If you want to see (and feel and hear) REAL magic, go get an appointment with Dr. Jag Dhesi, because his sleight of hands can make you feel young again; I felt like a year has been added back into my life after every check-​up!
Ok, that sounded cheesy, but it’s true. He does his job with such ease, subtlety and speed, it’s unbelievable. And what’s awesome is that he’s extremely friendly and down to earth, which helps lesson the fear of the inevitable harsh –yet satisfying– sound effects your spine will produce after Dr. Dhesi’s realignment process. Quick process, no pain, good times.

After years of suffering from mid back and lower back pain I have been very pleased with the professionalism I have received at Springtown Chriopractic. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed to address the situation. I also was very impressed that he did not suggest I come back until I felt I needed more treatment. I play a great deal of golf and have been virtually pain free for the last year.
