We connected with Steven Lloyd back in December 2015 to help us with our home buying needs. I have to be honest I am a very picky person and am a little hard to deal with sometimes… Mr. Lloyd far than exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of the industry, work ethic and overall people pleasing demeanor was outstanding. Whether it was a phone call, text or email, Steve was always timely in his response. Steve’s concern for what we wanted and making us feel comfortable during the process always left my wife and I saying «we are glad we picked Steve».
One of the most impressive things to us was that Steve was at every inspection, every document signing, to the point it makes you feel as if you are his only client. Our situation got a little sticky at the end of escrow and Steve was always involved and making sure we understood what was going on. While the process of buying/​selling a home is stressful and exciting all at the same time Steve brings a level of professionalism and comfort to the process. We not only have a realtor for life but also a friend! Steven Lloyd is more than worth a recommendation! Can’t thank you enough Steve!

I cannot say enough great things about Steven. Having been referred to Steven by a coworker, Steven reached out to me to set a time to talk. My coworker had worked in real estate for a few years and Steven was his mentor… the man my coworker most trusted in dealings in real estate. This carried a rather high mark in my book as far as referrals go, however I have been in business as an entrepreneur long enough to know nothing is as good as others say.

At our first meeting, Steven showed up punctually on time… even a little early as I recall… in a suit and tie with a very comprehensive power point presentation outlining his many achievements as well as breaking down his strategy of how he approaches real estate sale. After an hour and a half of discussion and a walk through of the house to review the details of our property, Steven had won the interview — we hired him as our agent. We were his client to win before we met, having been preceded by a strong referral, and he knocked it out of the park!
Our experience with the sales process was equally as professional and, one of Steven’s cornerstones, as transparent in communication. My wife and I were relocating to Texas from California and, in the foray of everything going on, Steven was on top of every aspect of our home sale. Knowledgeable of our neighborhood and committed to using California template legal contracts he exhaustively went through with us in intricate detail, Steven gave us a level of comfort in the entire affair that is hard to put a price on.
I never felt I was being swindled, never felt I was out of the loop, and never felt like Steven was doing any less than everything possible — even above and beyond our home sale (going so far as to help find buyers for some of our things we did not want to relocate to Texas) — to help us in our transition.
In short, I cannot endorse Steven enough. His accolades speak highly — but what the accolades miss is that Steven is still in the game, still committed to customer satisfaction, still committed to an equitable sale, loves what he does, all of which culminates in an experience that is comfortable and sincere.
Steven is one of the few whose accolades speak not of what he has done, but of who he is. And my wife and I are grateful to have been introduced to him for the sale of our home in California!

Steven is really responsive, friendly, and knows people everywhere! I met Steven Lloyd as a seller’s agent, when I was looking for a home in Windemere in San Ramon. I didn’t have a buyer’s agent then… When I liked the house, I took a HUGE risk in asking Steven, who I had just met, to be my agent as well. What followed exceeded my expectations completely. He represented both seller and buyer in extremely fair way. He explained the whole process and also helped me understand my new house. He offered several references for other services, which all worked out perfectly. Even after six months or so, he continues to help me and offered to cover cost of a repair that was missed through escrow himself. He diligently followed through on the left over pool repair until it got done. I couldn’t have asked for me.

I recently purchased a home with Steven. I am very satisfied with his professional service. I felt he is a reliable and smart person.

Steven helped my wife and I find our new home. He put our mind at ease and made sure we didn’t get into something we didn’t want. He was attentive to our needs and was always available when we had questions.
