amazing store! hands down the best service i have got coming to a T-​MOBILE! I am so shocked with the reviews i 100% disagree with all the bad things said. i think the people just don’t explain them self’s and throw it on the employees witch is messed up. they are the best! specially SUHRAB! HE IS SO HELPFULL!

Employees mis quoted and mislead me about price to upgrade phone. $ 60 quoted upgrade price turned into $ 215 and I couldn’t go back at that point. Very upset with customer service.
This review isn’t based on the phone service but my experience upgrading my daughter’s phone.
After her phone broke we went in to get another one and they gave me an option to get a refurbished replacement for free or use the jump option to get the new iPhone for around $ 60. (Tax only). Coming back the next day to get the new iPhone they said I had to pay an additional $ 55 down payment which wasn’t mentioned before so I had to pay $ 115. Then my daughter realized they quoted and sold her the 16GB model intead of the 64 GB she had before. Apparently they never asked which storage option she wanted and just grabbed the cheapest one in stock. When returning they said the 64GB was an additional $ 100 down payment bringing my $ 60 upgrade to $ 215. I would have never upgraded her if I knew it cost this much. They could not undo the transaction because they took her broken phone the night before. So now we have no option but to pay the additional $ 100 to upgrade or return the phone for a $ 100 restocking fee
I believe I was intentionally misquoted the cheapest possible price to sell me the upgrade instead of initiating a service warranty call to replace the old broken phone. Also they never asked which storage option we wanted. Also the employee told me there were only 2 nearby T-​Mobile stores in my area when in fact there are 3.
I will never return to this store

Quick and efficient in a great location. I tried going to other stores but they were not staffed as good as this one. Suhrab (I think thats how you spell it) was so helpful and the girl Na something was very sweet.

¹¹⁄₇ update… to make the experience even more appalling I am notified by Experian that T-​Mobile has put my identity as risk. I am not even a customer of T-Mobile’s and now never will be. I didn’t think it was possible to fall below ATT’s service but T-​Mobile has managed to do it. Thanks for the worst on-​going experience ever.
I walked into this store on Tuesday ⁹⁄₈ with the intent on switching service providers. It was just myself and the salesman in the store. I asked about plans offered. He informed me he’d need my social security number to see what I qualified for, I thought this was strange since I am just asking for rate plans. I entered it. He then asked what I was paying now, I said it was $ 80 for unlimited but I didn’t need that so I switched plans and I am currently paying $ 73 a month. He said great news you qualify for an unlimited plan for $ 70 a month. I said ok, that’s more than I want to spend what other plans do you offer? He said we also have a $ 60 plan. I then asked what does that include? He answers: unlimited. I just looked at him wondering why this was not offered to me first. I then ask what do you have for $ 50 a month, since as I already mentioned I don’t need unlimited? He says it’s a very limited plan that you wouldn’t want. I thanked him for his time and walked out. I think this man is in the wrong business and should be selling used cars.

T mobile on a whole is a bad company when it comes to customer service. This location is the same as the rest. Have had them give new SIM cards reset my cellular service and many other fixes to my reception issues. They have been polite on a low levels of employment but there managers and CEO are terrible representatives for their company. I will include pictures of how their Twitter presence treated their customer base.

Excellent, helpful and clear service from the whole team but especially Suhrab!
We switched from Verizon after spending time with both Verizon (unprepared to match deals) and Sprint (lack of knowledge)
Would recommend T Mobile Livermore to anyone wanting honest service, a good deal and a helpful and professional set up!

I came in on July 3 and was helped by the store manager Muhammed. He was very informative and wasn’t too pushy. He got us in and out with the fully unlimited data promo and two new phones. I recommend coming to Muhammed for your needs

It really depends on the salesman that you talked to, some of them are good but unfortunately I talked to a rotten one. This review is for the store not tmobile line. I should have followed my gut, especially when a salesman is kinda pushy, you should get out.
1.)when we were paying the simcards and phone we noticed an extra sim card that was charged when asked about it he said its just an error and it will be refunded in the next bill (he made it sound like its ok for us to pay for it, because it will be refunded in our first bill which is next month).
2.)He didn’t put the account under the name that we wanted to
3.)the bill came and it turned out the extra sim card that was charged becomes an extra line in the account, and obviously will be charged EVERY month for it.
4.)called customer service and was told I cant process cancelation of that extra line and sim since its not under my name, so we have to call them back and transfer it under my name. Took 2 days to process it.
5.)2 bills came in, the old account and another for me, this time I went back to t-​mobile store, fortunately a different salesman was there, a chubby guy, looks older than who «helped» us first. and he was like «this is messed up», since I am charged twice for 2 set of loans and lines for the devices we purchased, he refunded the sim card right away, made sure the original account is close. And he said good thing we went there or else the original account will be sent to collection agencies.
Took us so many hours of calling tmobile customer care in the span of 10days.
Should have been 1 star but I added another for the guy in the TM store who resolved the problem in less than an hour.

Super clean store! Wais is super friendly and funny. Made my experience nice and I left happy. I was able to add my kids onto my plan without so many problems. Every nice environment.

This is the new storefront for t-​mobile in Livermore and I couldn’t be more pleased! The staff are so helpful and I found particular assistance from Suhrab who gave me honest information about phones. He listened to what I need most and steered me towards the best phone for me. All the guys who work there are patient, courteous and professional.

I wanted to thank the team for making my switch from AT&T to Tmobile painless. I value and appreciate great customer service and product knowledge and you guys did both while saving me a good chunk of change. you guys have a customer for life

After 10 years I changed from Verizon to T-​Mobile. The main reason is T-​Mobile has worldwide coverage at the same rate as US coverage while Verizon does not. With Verizon you are limited to WiFi areas unless you want to pay through the nose when you are out of the country.
The experience stated out good and turned into a nightmare. The service was very good in the beginning. The phones are good values and so far they have operated fine
The problem is when I switched plans T-​mobile promised a free tablet. Free is not actually free because you have to pay $ 10/​month for the data plan. It’s been one month and I still had not received the tablet. I followed up with the Salesman on First Street in Livermore three times. He told me that there was a huge backlog and be patient. When I met with him today I was told I was no longer eligible for a free Tablet because I had not responded to an E-​mail T-​Mobile sent me. I had no record of the supposed E-​mail. I asked him to reproduce it and he claimed the T-​Mobile deleted their E-​mail after a few days. I told him this is BS. Even if true why would I be disqualified for not responding to an E-​mail with no followup ?. He offered to give me the Tablet but wanted to charge me an extra $ 7/​mo. I told him forget it. What an insult.
Though hard working and competent, I put a lot of weight in honesty and integrity In that area they are lacking.
Update:
I got a call today from Wais at the Livermore store. He worked with Corporate and I got my free Tablet after all. Wais is excellent and I appreciate his help though this should not have happened in the first place. I changed my rating from 2 to 4. It would have been five if I got the free Tablet without this hassle.

This location is perfect because it’s right next to my college! Amazing customer service! I’m most definitely going to tell my family and friends about this location. I feel like the workers are my close friends. They have helped me out so many times. By far the best location and workers ever!

Just want to say how happy I was with my experience. Wais and Mo were very helpful with every aspect of changing from my current cell provider. Awesome customer service. Very detail oriented and they made me feel comfortable overall. Thank you!

I always told myself I’d open a Unilocal account every time I had a bad experience leaving someplace. I’d think, «if I had a Unilocal account I’d give them the worst review»… But I finally opened one because I was so IMPRESSED by the customer service I received at this location. I was shopping around comparing prices because my carrier charges wayyyyy too much. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy anything. These guys genuinely educated me on their plans and my options. I will go back and give them my business. T mobile made a smart choice choosing these guys to represent them!

Wow talk about service!!! The people working at this location are commendable one of the workers named WAIS was so kind he stayed in after hours to make sure all my questions were answered:) and gave me a really good deal:)

Such great customer service! Love this location! Right by my school. And there is this super hot Afgan guy there… I think his name was Wais? He was cute and helpful! Loooove this location.

Can I just say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Phone store? The guys here just know what they’re doing, they don’t pressure you and they really know their stuff. They paid my family plan cancellation fees and got me hooked up with 2 iPhone 6plus’ with no money down. Highly recommend for anyone. I made the switch from AT&T after being a loyal customer for 10 years. You won’t regret it. Oh and did I mention the location? Forget stoneridge on the weekends! Love it!

Nice! Finally I don’t have to make the drive Stoneridge anymore. As I walked in I was greeted by 2 gentlemen, Q (who I believe was the manager) and the rep Suhrab. I needed to get a new iPhone 6 and Suhrab explained all my options to me and helped me feel comfortable with my decision. Q later came by and offered me a UE Boom speaker for zero down and said he could just add it on my bill in installments with no interest, heck yes I want that speaker! I love my new iPhone, I love my new UE Boom, and I love this new T-​Mobile store. You guys rock!

There’s not many times where you walk into a store a feel comfortable immediately.
I heard about this new T-​Mobile store opening up near my house, so I went to take a look. The employees were very helpful and welcoming. The store its self is very clean, you can tell when someone cares about where they work, and these guys care!
