My friend and I checked this place out for massages. The staff is super friendly. They got us tea right when we arrived. They talked over what we wanted out of the massage and where sure to discuss any problem areas.
The facility is super clean and decorated in a beach house theme. You feel comfortable there.
The massage was great and the massage therapist was sure to address all problem areas. They check in time to time to make sure you are enjoying the massage and the pressure being used is appropriate.
I am excited to go back to Livermore Spa to try out some of the other services they offer.

This is the second year my husband and I have been here. We went for a couples massage for my hubby’s bday and the Owners worked on us. They did an AWESOME job. We left feeling like we were on cloud 9! Very personable, very knowledgeable, and super clean place. Enjoyed the experience 150%! We will def be going back for both our birthdays! So maybe The Livermore Spa doesn’t have some glamorous catchy name, and it’s a converted house in a lowkey neighborhood, and not super eye catching from the outside. All of that is completely irrelevant, because I felt like an absolute celebrity diva queen for the hour I spent there one rainy Saturday getting a downright orgasmic pedicure!
My friend made spa pedicure appointments for us, and even though I arrived 10 minutes late like a big jerk, they were all super nice and accepted my apology and honored my appointment without incident — that alone was incredibly appreciated. I hopped into one of their beautiful pedicure stations with delight, atop a structured white leather chair with my tooties resting in a GORGEOUS individual sink. My girl Hannah, with her candy apple red hair, took exquisite care of me for the next hour, pampering my feet with her expert care, and giving me a foot massage so perfectly executed I was practically melting! Another great thing about this spot: one of my toughest issues with pedicures is how damn ticklish my feet are, and instead of using a rough scrubby brush that tickles me and makes into a lunatic and I have to white knuckle it through the whole experience, they use very high end paddled pumice stones. Still a little tickly but infinitely more tolerable, and you can just feel a difference in the quality of the treatment. That alone makes this spot worth the 45 minute drive for me!
Along with making friendly small talk with our girls, my friend and I were also offered water and freshly baked cookies. It just all felt SO pampered and perfect, I left walking on a polished cloud. My pedicure was well worth the $ 38 price, and I will ALWAYS return to this place now that it’s on my radar, for the other services too! A great place to visit on your own, for a bachelorette or girls day, or the first stop on a blissful day in the Livermore wine country. An utterly perfect experience!

I feel the day I visited the Spa may have not been a good day to judge them… since there was construction going on next door. However between the noise and person doing the massage who talked non-stop…I did not care for the service. Also I asked about the the plastic surgeon who visits once a month and the staff could not answer any of my questions about the fees or procedures offered. I’m a retired RN… if you are going to offer medical type procedures… you better know your business. Other disappointments were limited parking and I did not feel the place offered a zen atmosphere. Trust me it was not a relaxing experience. The jury is out as to whether I would go again… but they are conveniently located???

Want to get rubbed the right way? Then run, don’t walk to the Livermore Spa! This has been my ONLY massage place for the last 5 years and it’s amazing! Albert and his fellow masseurs are amazing! Relaxing and refreshing massages every time. Friendly folks and fabulous massages are a great combo! Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Wanted to try this place for a special occasion. Checked out the website which offered a $ 100.00 certificate for $ 79.99. Tried to purchase two certificates, but site wouldn’t let me. Called and left message. Just received a call back that the offer had expired (no mention of expiration date on web site and it’s still posted on the website) but they would give me a $ 10.00 discount instead. No bueno and I think not. It’s not the money, it’s the principal. If you cannot honor your own advertisement, then I don’t think I want to do business with you. Too bad… bad customer service from the get go…

Since I have been getting massages here since 2010, I think it’s high time I write a review. I have been roughly getting 2 massages here a year and have been very satisfied! I have gotten microdermabrasion, pedicures/​manicures, prenatal, postnatal, and just recently needed emergency pinched nerve treatment.
I have brought my friends, my elderly mother, and my mother in law. They all were very impressed and all had glowing reviews!
The salon is quaint, cozy, and beautiful. A very nice ambiance. There is no shower, but they have a nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and warm. The business is run by a husband and wife team who are very friendly and professional.
Alberto is my favorite masseuse! He does an absolutely wonderful job! He gave me my prenatals and he was very careful.
My recent visit is what is prompting my review. I had a severe kink in my neck from falling asleep in my son’s rocking chair. I could not move my neck at all without pain, was taking Motrin, and was on the verge of going to the doctor. I decided to try the spa first. Alberto was not working, but I got John. He is new to the spa, but has been working as a masseuse for 25 years.
To make a long story short, he took more than the time allotted to help me. He listened to what the issue was and made sure to target those areas. Afterwards, he gave me tips to help heal my neck. Today (one day later), I am able to turn my neck carefully and the pain has greatly subsided! Miracle worker!!!
I am so thankful as I came in on the verge of tears! Thank you so much John!
I highly recommend this business and feel blessed to have this service so close to my home.

I called on a Tuesday morning and they were able to get me in for a body scrub the same day. I have been wanting to get one done but have found that not many places do a full body scrub and those that do, charge a lot of money. It was a job well done and my body feels smooth and silky. I purchased the scrub product so I can continue the treatment at home. I will be booking a body wrap for next month as I have heads good things about that as well.

Christina is Great! Just had my eye lashes extensions done and they look amazing. It is such a great experience and she always makes me feel so great! I can’t wait to go back.

I have been here a few times. I got a facial and massage and they do an amazing job, best massage ever. One thing I am very picky about is how clean and sanitized everything is and I was very pleased. I also bought my parents a gift certificate to come here and when they booked an appointment my parents misplaced the gift certificate. I called the Livermore spa and they were so professional, they looked in the system for my information and the date I purchased the gift card and fixed the problem. My parents got the 90 min couples massage and a 50 min pedicure and they could not be more satisfied.

Cute and quiet with a homelike but spa atmosphere. I had Angelina, who was very knowledgable and told me some great techniques of upkeep afterwards. She knew how to take care of all my knots and was patient and skillful. I loved the smells, sounds and relaxing hour I had at Livermore Spa. Definitely a small gem. I can’t wait to go back for a facial and pedicure. Thank you Angelina!

I’m an older practicing, professional California and National certified Massage Therapist. If you want the best massage therapist in town, ASK FOR ALBERT. This a local family, run business. Christina is warm and welcoming. I’ve had and given many, many massages through my years of practice and you don’t need to look any farther. ALBERT’S THE BEST. I’ve just had a series of Deep Tissue treatments, and this man has a wonderful touch and is well studied. I highly recommend him to everyone. Men and women with low back pain and shoulder problems will especially will benefit from his touch. Once I’d found the best, it’s a repeat performance since ⁷⁄₂₀₁₄ and I don’t need to look anywhere else.

I booked an appointment for my fiancé and Hanna was very helpful throughout the process. I do not know a thing about spa days and she gave me great recommendations. After my fiancé finished her massage she had nothing but great things to say about this place.

I received a prenatal massage and a facial here and they were both very good experiences! It was easy to make an appointment even a few days prior to when I wanted to come in. The lady who gave me my massage and facial, Denise, was so nice and smart! She was especially great and knowledgeable about skin care. The place is very nice and clean. I was very comfortable the entire time. Denise really worked with me to ensure that all of my sore muscles were taken care of. That same night, while having dinner with my friend, he even commented on how my face was glowing! Denise called a few days later to make sure that I was doing okay! Excellent customer service!

Cristina is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of spa and skin care treatments. Cristina performs my microdermabrasion on a routine basis and includes additives according to my skin care needs. She performs my pedicures using sanitary methods, being in the health care field, I am well aware of the difference and am very particular of where I go. Cristina also performs a TCA peel which has been around for years, which did wonders for my skin; and the results were far more better than IPL laser that I received elsewhere. I used to spend so much money on an tons products did nothing for my skin; now I use a simple routine made up of Dermalogica products that have made such an improvement in my skin. I highly recommend this spa.

I went with a group of gals who are in a wedding party for an upcoming wedding and let’s just say none of us have ever been to this particular spa. The level of customer service was beyond stellar! The spa is SUPER CLEAN!!! Also this was affordable! Every woman who got a massage and facial enjoyed themselves! I got a the spa pedicure by Hannah and she was amazing! The owner is super sweet and very knowledgeable on the services and specifics I asked about. I can’t wait to go back! James is amazing and very professional per the women who got a massage from him. He remembered everyone’s names in our party and addressed us accordingly! GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Christina is a living doll. I was very nervous about the possibilities of what I wanted done to my skin as I have very sensitive skin. Christina explained in a very thorough and expert fashion what she would do to put my nerves to rest. She was very careful with my skin and an angel to deal with. I feel as if she not only will be my esthetician moving forward but she will be my friend– We definitely had a kindred spirit between us. I adore her personality and trust in her professional know how. I can’t wait to see the results it is already working:-) Anybody would be thrilled to experience what The Livermore Spa has to offer Its clean beautiful and the people who work there are honest and true.
