Top notch! My mother’s CPA does not do estate or trust taxes, so I needed to locate someone who did. After asking around, I found that Tim specializes in these type of taxes. I called, and his receptionist took my information and said appointments for 2012 taxes would be made at the first of the year. I gave it to her, and expected a call early 2013.
Much to my surprise, I received a call a few hours later after my initial call, and Tim wanted to book in appointment with me before 2013 arrived. The office found time for me to come in, and gave me a detailed list of documents to bring, to be proactive when it is time to prepare the return. Estate/​Trust taxes are uncharted waters for me, and I am grateful for the extra attention and guidance.
I feel really good about taking my mom’s taxes to someone local, and who has been operating in business for years & years. Not to mention what a bonus it is when you feel your needs are the office’s top priority.
