Emerald Cleaners & Alterations

I had been in search of a good place for dress alterations when Emerald Cleaners was recommended to me. The place is family owned, and they are the only two people that I ever see in there. She handles the alterations, and does a great job. I had to go in multiple times to get a dress the way I needed it, and she was always friendly and patient. Most importantly, she does great work and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. On the other side, he handles the dry cleaning, and I have been very happy with how my clothes look when I get them back. In either instance, I find the prices to be quite reasonable. I also appreciate the connection that you get from working with good local people that have a stake in the community. They used to have two cats that lived in the shop, but recently they have been moved since the owners are going to start selling homemade chocolates there. I’m looking forward to that!
