Damon and his crew did a top notch job refinishing the floors in our basement. We really liked the work they had done at the Arnold House in Livingston Manor, and so asked for a similar look — they removed the carpet and tiles, sanded down the concrete and stained and sealed the concrete giving the basement an industrial look — exactly what we wanted. They also did a great job cleaning up the enormous amount of dust that the work generated, including fully cleaning our upstairs where some dust had found its way. Damon is also incredibly responsive, fast and reliable, and willing to answer all and any questions in a patient way. I would highly recommend S&W Construction.

Great job. Excellent crew, always on time and started and finished job when promised. Quality craftsmanship on entire project. Damon and Willy and their crew did a great job on our deck extension and replacement of our old decking with Trex. We have used them before and have always been satisfied.

Very pleased with S & W Construction, Damon and his Crew were very professional and very knowledgeable. They installed 30 ft shed dormer, and new roof, and a whole new siding for my house. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.
