Welcome to Cole, Newton & Duran, CPA’s. Located in the city of Livonia, we have built our firm from the roots up, proudly serving our community as well as the greater Detroit metro area and beyond.

Cole, Newton and Duran offers a full array of expert accounting, tax planning and preparation for individuals, businesses and not-​for-​profits. We also are specialists in audits and financial statement preparation for most industries.

Our staff of twenty three includes twelve Certified Public Accountants and three Enrolled Agents. Decades of experience between them enables us to provide comprehensive service accounting and consulting services at competitive rates and according to the highest ethical standards. Our staff members are active in community outreach and service as well as members of various not-​for-​profit organizations.

Our firm is a member in good standing of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). We were issued an unqualified opinion regarding our system of quality control for accounting

and auditing (peer review) on July 19, 2013.
