History

Established in 1987.

A local printer since 1978, Duane had a vision for the ideal printshop. With this in mind and $ 500, Duane started Saturn Printing & Imaging in his parents’ basement in 1987. His philosophy was simple. «I wanted to treat customers the way I would like to be treated. I would put myself in their shoes.» he says. A simple philosophy that began to pay immediately. Within 30 days Duane rented a building on the corner of Ann Arbor Road and Newburgh.

Today, Saturn Printing & Imaging is one of the largest retail/​commercial print shops around. Duane has invested heavily in state-​of –the art machinery to ensure that he can do most jobs in-​house. This is important to him, «I can offer the best customer service, speedy turnaround and a quality product a lot more easily if I don’t have to depend on another company. Investing in the equipment was never a choice. It was something that had to be done to meet our customers’ needs.»
