We visited this store on 5÷6÷15 Wednesday on the afternoon to have some questions on our account answered. This is the worst experience we had out of the 4 Verizon stores we visited recently. There is only one guy working and we are the only customer. He acted as if we interrupted his afternoon nap. There is no greeting and no smile. He was slouching on his chair. I wished I had his name but they can find out who was working that day easily. I have found out you better off by visiting a Verizon Company Stores instead of Authorized Dealers. You will get much better services and get things done. It might be farther away but it is well worth it. We finally went to the one on San Marcos off HWY 80. Wow, what a difference! They even open the door for you when you come in and when you leave. They not just answered all of our questions but also helping us lower our monthly bill.

I like these guys more than other stores I’ve been to. I was greeted at the door, I got to sit down at the salesman’s desk, and he asked me a lot of questions before rushing into selling me something. I appreciate the service I get when I come into this store.
