Rebecca Pulliman has been our agent for several years and she’s super responsive and helpful. Great agency, and great customer service.

These people are terrible. Your time means nothing to them. They called me because I had a homeowners policy with them in the past. Danielle wanted to know what they could do to get my business back and I jumped through all the hoops with her on multiple calls. I finally decided I liked the policy and price and told them to go ahead. We had to call and cancel our current policy and then after we did that they called and said they can’t insure us because the house is under renovation. This was known to them UPFRONT and we had agreed to a under-​construction policy. They lied to us and wouldn’t even take responsibility. «The underwriters. the underwriters!» they exclaimed. Must be nice to be able to have underwriters to blame. They need to grow up and take responsibility for themselves. We had an agreement. Oh, yeah, Danielle hung up on me when she found out she wasn’t getting my business. She told her boss that I cussed at her which is not true and not my style. Bush league and very unprofessional. Stay away.
