History

Established in 1992.

First licensed in 1979 in Athens, Georgia, I became an ERA agent then, Prudential and RE/​MAX before going out on my own and forming Ronda A. Reagan Properties, Inc. Being a native Texan, I moved back home in 1998, where my roots run deep in the heart of Texas. Joined the San Marcos Area Board of REALTORS and became president in 2002. I have ranked in the top 3 agent ranking in sales volume every year since.

Ronda Anton Reagan is a 7^th generation Texan, born in Lockhart, Texas, just 29 miles southeast of Austin. I grew up on San Antonio, graduated Texas State University with a double major in journalism and English. I moved to College Station where I worked full time as editor for the Texas A&M University Sea Grant College and started my Masters degree in educational administration. Job changes moved me to Athens, Georgia, where I continued working in public relations as news editor, writer and photographer while completing my Masters of Education. I taught real estate at the University of Georgia for 3 years, before coming back home and settling first in San Marcos – home of Texas State University. Centrally located and the gateway to the hill country, San Marcos offers a vast array of amenities and is a convenient location. I now live in a home built in 1886 in the heart of downtown Lockhart, the BBQ Capital of Texas.
