Established in 1994.

In the fall of 1994, three friends sat down for dinner and made the decision that started it all. From that dinner, Andromeda Technology Solutions was born, and computer service was changed forever.

Of course, our jobs at the time also required us to interact with the customer service departments of our own vendors, so we each knew all the letdowns firsthand: being put on perpetual hold, snotty or defensive personnel, clueless personnel, «passing the buck» to another representative or to another company entirely, and on and on

The plan was clear. Provide nothing but the highest quality service and the highest quality parts and always –always – make customer service the top priority. Many things have changed since 1994, but the core principles remain exactly as they were defined during that dinner. Today, we are continuing along a path of steady growth towards our goal of Connecting the Universe… One System at a Time.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeff B.

Business Owner

Jeff serves as company president and is responsible for overall company direction as well as developing key partnerships with other companies. Before co-​founding Andromeda Technology Solutions, Jeff served as both a software engineer and technical support engineer with a Lockport IL-​based provider of data-​acquisition equipment. He also assisted in support of the company’s internal networks. Prior to that, he worked as an independent software consultant on a bio-​medical research project for the University of Illinois in Urbana-​Champaign. He holds a B.S. degree in computer science from Lewis University, Romeoville, IL.
