Big Box Disposal has been a local, family-owned, family-operated business for the past decade. We had been involved in the building business and could not help but notice the difficulties we had in getting a dumpster onto our property.
Every time we called to request a dumpster, we would be told we would have it the next day — and that was rarely the case. The dumpster pick-up would be at the wrong time, no matter how often we confirmed the right date and time. Sometimes the dumpster would be dropped off in the wrong spot, too close to a fire hydrant or a garage door or too far away from the garbage we needed to dispose of. We continued to explain what we needed and still could never get quite what we wanted.
We realized this area was in desperate need of a dumpster company that was polite, punctual and responsible. With this in mind, we took it upon ourselves to create a dumpster company that would serve local businesses and homeowners the way we would want to be served.
Our customer service sets us apart from our competition. For one thing, the owner of the entire company is heavily involved in our customer service. The owner answers the phone, courteously answers all our customers’ questions, and does everything to make sure you have the dumpster where you want it, when you want it, and as long as you want it…
