Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I was born and raised in a small Cajun town southwest of New Orleans along scenic Bayou Lafourche., As the third child of seven, I was raised with strict discipline and much love. We were taught that family, faith, and education were our priorities. Traveling with my mother to fine restaurants and shops, I was always attentive to the atmosphere, furnishings, china, crystal, and décor in these places. We traveled throughout the country and Europe. Since my father’s and mother’s families were both plantation owners, we ate well, did schoolwork, went to church, and had a healthy family environment. With large families on both sides, my parents inherited some beautiful antique furniture and art. Throughout my 38 years in college administration and high school English teacher I have collected some beautiful things. My husband and I are trying to downsize and know that there are unique items that we will need to sell. I have enjoyed the experience of each «find» and hope you will too.
