Cieli Blu prides itself on the food and service first, where the key elements of our success is the ability to offer excellent food and old school service. Even though at Cieli Blu the food and service are our priority, we by no means short changed our customers in elegance. Our newly renovated restaurant will appeal to even the most sophisticated customer, whether it is for a drink or two in our lounge or a nite of dining.

Let’s not forget that at Cieli Blu we offer outdoor seating in our 3000 square foot outdoor gardens. Dining out takes on a whole new meaning, surrounded by lovely trees and plants, with all types of mood lighting setting the tone for the evening. Three generations and 80 years of Restaurant & Hospitality experience come together to open Cieli Blu Restaurant & Catered Affairs. This Team of hospitality professionals bring to Bergen & Passaic County a new take on the Fine Dining Experience.

Meet the Manager

Al M.

Manager

With his 30 years of hospitality experience Al has been able to own, operate, and consult on close to 40 properties. His belief that the customer comes first is not just an idea, he believes it be the core base to a successful business operation. He brings a world of knowledge and an ability to adapt and over come most situations.

He has made it his goal to say hello and check-​in on every table no matter if is a twenty seat restaurant or a five hundred person wedding.
