I had a pedicure and a shellac manicure on Saturday and it cost 58 dollars. Seems Terribly pricey to me. The service was fine even though my guy didn’t speak English. Pedicure and mani were nothing special for the price, probably won’t go back. There are better shops in town for alot cheaper.

Not impressed. The employees were hard to understand and the price was a bit high. The pedicure was subpar and not anything special. No paraffin or hot stone. I go monthly for pedicures and stopped in because I was in town. I won’t be back.

I went to the new location as a walk-in but they couldn’t fit me in so a lady named Tee called the other location, they said they would be ready for me by the time I got there(it’s only a 2 – 3 minute drive). Sandra did my nails… she was awesome! She made sure each nail was perfect length and shape. She put the color on one nail then asked me if it’s still want I wanted now that I see it on. She was friendly and engaged in conversation and even made suggestions without pressuring me to make a quick choice. After numerous fails while searching for a good nail salon, I finally found the perfect one and will be going here from now on!

I have to update my review in a negative way for Finishing Touch, which really makes me sad. When this salon opened, it was the best place in town, but they seem to have brought on a lot of new people and are really busy all the time. Unfortunately, the customer service has really gone down the tubes. I always feel like the girls are rushing me now and the last time I got a shellac manicure, the girl barely looked at me and never smiled once. I still go to Racquel to get my eyebrows waxed because she’s the best, but I think that’s all I’ll ever come back for. No more manicures or pedicures here for me. they’ve become too pricey for the poor customer service :(

Not a fan. Came here for a pedicure because of a gift certificate but I normally go somewhere else. First off the water for the pedicure was ice cold. I said something but she didn’t do anything about it. And this was on a very cold morning which made it even worse. The lady was very not into it. She rushed through it and the whole process only took about 30 minutes. The massage if that’s what you want to call it was not good. She barely put any lotion on and barely rubbed your legs. She seemed like you were an inconvenience. The place I normally go includes the paragon wax and hot towel with a bottle of water and the sweetest ladies and the pedicure is much cheaper!!!

Great clean place, was happy, until she chopped my acrylics without asking me what length I wanted. Kinda irritated I paid $ 31 for nails shorter than my real ones.

I have gone to this location off and on for a few years. They are more about quantity than quality. It’s an okay job. I stopped coming here for a few reasons. I am not paying $ 35 and up or an okay job. I’m sick of them chattering in their own language. Also the owner told me I’ve gained weight… Yeah that sort of thing happens after you have a baby. I decided to take my business to another nail and hair salon on Church. It’s refreshing because they speak English. I’m sorry, but it’s so hard to understand them.

I just wanted a basic manicure so I thought I’d stop by and try this place, since I have yet to find a nail salon in Lodi that I like. There were limited paint colors to choose from, but I did find the color I was looking for. My manicurist did a great job of doing my nails. The massage only lasted a couple minutes an arm and wasn’t very good. I’m not sure how sterilized the equipment was because it wasn’t in any sort of packaging. Because I just wanted a basic manicure it was okay, but cost $ 15. I wouldn’t come here for a pedicure. I might come back for another manicure only because in the end, my nails did look nice. Overall just okay.

I have come here about 10 times. It is the best I have found in Lodi so far, but not great. The prices are a little high for what you get. I enjoy their spa pedicures and you don’t usually have to wait long even if you don’t have an appointment. Last time I brought my son and we were put way in the back almost in our own little room so that was nice. I have never had anyone cut me or do a horrible job on my toes, so I will return. The selection of colors could be larger but I don’t place much value on that. I wish I could give 3.5 stars but I was always told to round up in math class.

My mother in law made an appointment for me and my father in law with MK. She is awesome and very friendly. I wish i had a place like this in San Jose. The environment was clean, relaxing and just awesome. I will definitely be back when i come visit my mother and father in law.

I always get pedi cures at any spa. I always pay $ 20-$ 25 and leave unsatisfied. One friend of mine referred me to this place and I loved it. MK did my pedicure. She is awesome! Nice personality, very clean, she takes good care of her costumers. I could tell she loves her job! It was the best experience I’ve ever had regarding pedicure. The environment is relaxing and all staff are very nice.

I have been coming to this salon for several years. The location is quite convenient for me(it is a 5 minute walk from my house). I get a pedicure every 3 – 4 weeks. I have always had great service. There have been a few times that I have had to ask them to cut my nails shorter or fix a sharp edge but they have always done so without question. The leg massage is great! Overall, the pedicure is very enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxing(they have a really nice water feature near the pedicure chairs). That is why I keep coming back. Two weeks ago I also tried their waxing service. I had a terrible threading experience from a threading salon in town & after several months I finally needed to have my eyebrows fixed. I am always cautious with getting my eyebrows waxed but they did a great job! I’ll be going back to them from now on.

If you don’t mind being rushed in and out the door at the convenience of the nail people, having tools shared between clients and the same ones used from feet to hands, the nail people talking about in you in Vietnamese then by all means make an appointment and take a chance. When getting my pedicure another gal came over to do my gel manicure at the same time; seems time efficient, however, reaching over yourself to her perched on the top of a trash can when you have an injured shoulder is painful. She spoke and apparently understood so little English that she didn’t get why it was painful for me to be in that position so she just kept on working! Finally, I said«STOP,» I’m not getting a manicure now. At that point, another gal who did speak and understand English told her what was going on and she and she just giggled and then acted annoyed to have to keep changing sides. Since it was gels, the drying light was perched on my lap on top of a magazine, right above the pedicure sink(totally dangerous) and almost fell in several times… gee, guess electrocution is ok with them, oh well! Next time I went in, they tried the same thing and I refused to have the mani and pedi done at the same time, they said they didn’t have time to do both unless I allowed them to do the mani in the pedi chair. Hmmm wonder what the State Board will have to say about that. So somewhere during the pedi, the gal was missing one of her tools so she goes to borrow one from the chair next door… the very same tool that gal had been using on another customer! I said, «you’ve got to be kidding.» They had no clue what I was talking about! Needless to say, I insisted she get the tool from the sterilizer. Oh, by the way, the next door gal took that same tool having been used on the clients feet and it went straight up to her manicure going one! I’m thinking, «Has anyone here gone to a state run beauty school?» I was talking to my daughter who had tried them a few months before and she said, «Mom, I was in there with Rose(her Vietnamese friend) getting pedi’s and they asked her if she was Vietnamese to which she answered, «No, I’m Chinese.» They asked if she spoke the language and for fun she lied and said, «no!» You probably know what’s coming now… Rose does speak Vietnamese and sure enough, they were all talking about the people sitting in the chairs getting pedis, and not all to complimentary. So folks… good luck!

I just got my nails done and I had Lien she didn’t hurt me and I appreciate her being gentle! The full set was $ 34. She was clean and thorough! I was scared going somewhere else but received a gift certificate and wanted to use it! Came in at 4:30 out in one hour.

Okay, so I came in with my friend to do get a «pink and white.» I let her go first so I ended up waiting for someone to come from the other Finishing Touch by Raley’s. I was okay to wait, but when I got there I saw her starting to put the regular white tips on. I asked her if that was what she usually did for the pink and white set. She told me yes and that my friend was getting something a little more expensive but the same thing I was doing essentially. She waited until everything was glued on until she told me she was just doing the regular white tips. Ok, whatever that’s fine. Maybe it was fault for not insisting. The nails ended up looking great! But the next day, one had already broken off. I went in to get it fixed and she used a powder to form another white tip, but not as long as the rest. I has to ask her to make it even with the rest of the nails and not leave it short. So she did, but it was thick and uneven and it didn’t match. Day 2 of my manicure and it was already looking worn in. But I paid her and left with a mind set that maybe it would be better next time. About 7 days later I came in for a fill because they had already started to lift. She filed them down too thin and again on the second day one broke. Not only were they too brittle to endure any form of use, but you could also see the fill lines where they chipped off the lifted pieces and filed it away. I had«rings of fire» that were apparently vibrant due to overagressive filing, a cut that was bleeding, and I probably still would have gone in the next day to get it fixed if one of the nails didn’t lift and come off in the shower less than 48 hours after the fill had been done. To top it off, they still didn’t even out the first broken nail, and due to the over filing, there was a transparent spot on the nail where the white had rubbed off. They didn’t even bother to paint it! Are you serious? TERRIBLE quality. I can’t believe I payed for that. Yeah they looked great the first time around, but they don’t last and they even charge you to fix their shoddy work. Never going back. So disappointed.

Nothing special. Inconsistent service-you never know what you are going to get. Ladies are a little rude. And nails just don’t look great, they look a little home done. The only good thing I had was a great massage when getting my pedicure, but I couldn’t find that lady again and the ones I tried after were bad. I won’t go back. I suggest going elsewhere.

Mani and spa pedicure were done well and were reasonably priced but none of the workers did anything when a rude customer came in and disturbed other customers. Also had prescheduled appointments but had to wait approx 20 min after our appt time to actually get started.

Plenty of parking, I’m always able to get a last minute appointment, I know I really should plan better! Friendly, efficient staff, and here’s the best and most important part, it’s clean, very clean, with good visible sanitation practices, a must when I get a pedicure. They have a cool waterfall feature and comfy massaging chairs that make my time spend there relaxing & enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend.

Spent a day with my mama and treated here to a pedicure after lunch. Upon arriving the lady at the front desk asked if we had appointments, which we did not, which seemed might be a problem. However they accommodated us. Limited selection of polishes but enjoyable atmosphere(comfortable chairs, nice water feature) and great leg massages.
