Any body that knows me knows I don’t write reviews but I did for gsg because this shop is bad ass. Most of the gun stores I have been In its hard to got help and when you do get help from the weekend cowboys you either you know more than them or they make you fill dumb. Not here from the moment I walked in was met with a smile and handshake with the owner introducing him self. Felt like he was a friend. This guy is very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know he finds outs for you. Were do you get that now days. This is my new gun store. I have bought several guns from gsg and will buy more for sure. good job guys.

Wow ! Scott (the owner) totally exceeded my expectations in terms of his service level. He helped guide my 2 most recent handgun selections in a most professional way. I was all set to buy a Colt 1911, and as Scott prepared to order it for me he explained what he thought I might like better about the Springfield Armory «Loaded» model’s great features. He was right on ! I love this gun ! Then he ordered me a S&W 500 Magnum. A slightly different gun showed up than what we both knew I really wanted — so Scott insisted it was «No Problem». He went through the whole administrative hassle without a peep … just so I could be thrilled; not merely satisfied. Beyond that, my 10-​day handgun waiting period on both gun purchases expired on a Sunday. Instead of making me wait for regular business hours on Monday — both Sundays he sent me a text to say he was going to be in the store if I didn’t want to wait. Really? People still do that for their customers? Scott does ! I am an extremely satisfied customer, and look forward to taking some of the great training classes offered by GSGLI Firearms Sales & Service. Scott is truly a «first-​class», «always exceed the customer expectation» kind of guy. I’m a customer for life !

This place is the ONLY shop that I will do business with from now on. Funnily enough I never even heard of it until I was looking into getting a special built lower transfered into my name. The owner (Scott) was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process, didn’t even charge for the «usual paperwork fees»!
After I received my lower, we talked about a build my fiancé and I had in mind, and that we were probably going to order a prebuilt upper assembly from online. Scott pulls out this detailed sheet with all sorts of barrels, parts, just everything you can think off and as it turns out he helped build the Ar of our dreams.
This guy is the real deal and will not rush you into a purchase that isn’t right for you. We can’t thank him enough for the guidance and help!
