I left message over a three day period asking for a return call. When I finally was able to reach an individual of the company, the lady was rude, unprofessional and argumentative. It seems that Master Sweep-​N-​Clean has more business than they can handle especially since their first open appointment was not until January 15, 2015.
Although I applaud a business that can book themselves two months in the future, it certainly doesn’t warrant having a representative of the firm take such a cavalier attitude with perspective customers. Perhaps I will consider starting a like business that will treat potential clients with respect and appreciation for even making inquiries for services.
