Terrible! If you utilize the coupon they offer and fail your smog test they will make the money back that was initially discounted by charging you for a retest. Are you kidding me? Ridiculous. I’d rather pay someone who’s willing to perform a free re test regardless of a coupon or not. Will not EVER go back under any circumstance! Also please annunciate your words as you are difficult to understand. Its rather critical as I didn’t pass the smog that I clearly hear what you’re mumbling about. Your customer service was callous & poor. «That’s the best we can do”-doesn’t work for me! I’d rather of taken my $$ someplace else and provided a nice review for a deserving business.

I arrived at 5:20 PM not knowing that they closed at 5:30 and he was finishing up another car. I thought he would turn me away but no, he did the smog check and got me on my way by 5:45. No up sell no BS.

Came in today to get my car smogged. I was treated with respect and given a short (10 – 15 minute) wait time since there was already 1 car ahead of me. The waiting room has no frills, but what do you expect… it’s a smog station in a warehouse on Cherokee Lane. The technician promptly preformed my test, I paid, and went on my way. Smooth as silk. 15 minutes tops, and that was with 1 car ahead of me.
