Dont waste your time… the customer service was ok but everything is overpriced. So if you like someone to smile and be friendly while they overcharge you for everything this is the place for you! I 100% wont be coming back and to anyone who reads this… just go to a different shop this place is whack

Stopped in on a whim. I was greated with a friendly smile from a pleasant natured man. He answered all of my questions, helped me where he could, gave me sound advice and even referred me to an outside vendor that would be able to help me with a specialized piece of equipment. No high pressure sales. No upselling. Just provided excellent service. Would highly recommend Root Solutions in Lodi.
