History

Established in 1984.

Larry Underhill began his Lodi-​area real estate career in January of 1984. In the ensuing decades, he’s built a loyal client following of satisfied clients. In 1995, Larry purchased Statesman Realty and began to build out his Team. Today, after over 31 years in business and over 1500 sales, Larry and his Team enjoy operating a thriving real estate operation that’s made up of over 95 percent repeat or referral business. «Our clients become our friends,» Larry says. He’s working with a second (and occasionally a third) generation of clients. «There’s no greater compliment than being entrusted with someone’s family and friends.» These people love their work, and it shows.

Larry Underhill has enjoyed his three decades-​plus in the Lodi-​area real estate market. Helping people through the intricacies of the biggest financial decision of most peoples’ lives is a huge responsibility… and a very fulfilling vocation.

Larry has been President of the Lodi Association of Realtors twice and he’s served in leadership at the association for a total of over ten years. A former Realtor of the Year, he enjoys mentoring other agents. He leads a Synergy Group of local Realtors who meet monthly to share ways to better serve their clients.
