Enrique was wonderful and fixed my computer right away. I will use them again. He was very polite and I thought reasonable. I got their number from my daughter in law and she spoke very highly of them.

I dropped my iPhone and completely shattered my screen, we’re talking sharp to touch shatter. I was in desperate need of getting it replaced asap.
I called a couple of places in Elk Grove but was shocked that they wanted over $ 200 for the repair. When I called TechSabe, I was happy with their well below $ 200 quote! The place is open until 6:00pm during the week. I called at 4:00pm and they were nice enough to squeeze me in that evening. Great customer service.
I spoke with Enrique (owner) over the phone. He was pleasant and informative… but the guy who worked the magic was, Emanuel! What a nice guy. I sat and waited the hour it took to replace my screen. Emanuel had to stop a few times to help other customers, but I felt that he worked fast and efficiently. We had good conversation while I waited, he is quite personable.
I walked out of TechSabe 100% satisfied with my experience. If you have issues with your smart phone, tablet, or computer… They are the guys to see!

Complete rubbish! Had the worst experience with this company. All my photos on my computer & external hard drive were deleted with no remorse, explanation, or plan to figure out how to get them back whatsoever. About 4,000 photos in all. Very poor customer service… I never heard back after I told them what happened and that was last spring.

Already having a computer guru who comes to my home and is very reasonably priced, BUT who did not feel comfortable (thank goodness he said so) attempting to replace my cracked iPad screen (as much as he would have loved the challenge) SO I found myself in need of an EXPERT to help me fix my iPad !!
So, of course, I came to Unilocal !! Several places here in Lodi came up upon an internet search. The link to TechSabe was their Unilocal page so away I went !!
LOTS of great reviews mentioning both timely, excellent service AND fair prices !!! They told me to bring it right over which was great. Many mentioned the owner Enrique by name so I made sure to ask for him when I arrived ! What a genuinely nice man. Extremely professional and helpful. His entire staff was as well !!
Today I picked up my pad and they even helped me navigate my new (and needed obviously) LifeProof case for it. Service above and beyond =-}
Location is tricky but simple once you know … Pull into the parking lot jusssssst before Vine & Branches Bible book store on Oak street… You’ll see the sign on the building and there it is !! Right next to the back door entrance to the old JC Penney building …

Went here with very high hopes considering the ratings. My Iphone 4s screen cracked and i needed a quick repair. They seemed promising at first scheduling me in and taking the details down. Took about and hour and a half, not bad right?,.
1. But before i left i was wondering why my phone had no signal. He forgot to put my sim card back in. just lovely.
No big deal right i caught it before i left.
2. I get home (30 minutes away) and i get a phone call from them stating they forgot to put the two screws that secure the iphone completely. Well that was just the tipping point for my patience. Had to drive back to town to have them replaced, gas was not cheap.
3. i commented on the discoloration of my screen, he said that they used my original LCD screen, from experience, for Iphone 4s systems the LCD screen does not detach easily from the glass screen. Whether he lied about it being mine and saying it was like that before or he magically could do it, my screen was discolored after the repair and I’m positive it wasn’t from me, I obviously use my phone everyday i’m sure i know what it looks like.
I’m not one to through a fuss but this was a very disappointing experience.
Never will go here again nor will i recommend this place to anyone.
Should have waited for shipment to do it myself.

I love this place! The owner Enrique is very personable, educated about the products and courteous. My iPad 2 had dropped, shattering the screen, denting the sides and even damaging some under layers. The price was very reasonable and the completed product is outstanding!!! He even offered to stay a few minutes late for me so I could make arrangements for my sick son– TRULY genuine customer service! Being a Christian myself, I could sense that he is too, which makes me appreciate him more:) I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! My iPad looks way better than before, and I even have a home service call on my Christmas Wish List bc Enrique will come to the house and help trouble shoot my air printer system that keeps mysteriously failing. I will be back!!! Thank you Enrique!!!

This place was great! The lowest prices I could find in the area. I dropped my phone off at 10:45 and it was back in my hand by 1pm that day. I cracked my iPhone 4S and was happy to have it back looking better than it did before. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in need!

What a great shop! I brought them an iPhone 4 which had been soaked in sunscreen hoping to get out of there with a few hundred dollar repair — less than $ 100 later, I was the owner of a perfectly functioning phone. They did not have the screen I needed in stock — told me it would be 3 days to get it in — had it fixed late the next day! I would feel comfortable bringing any computer, cell phone, etc to Tech Sabe and know I would get good service at a fair price.

Had a cracked ipad 3 screen. Enrique was professional, friendly and completely approachable, the result was produced quickly and looks perfect! He mentioned it would take a little over 3 days but he got it finished a day early! Wonderful experience, I own a few more apple products and computers, will definitely go to him for future projects! He was also very generous with price.

Enrique is the best around. We are a small business in Burlingame and this company was recommended by our accounting lady. Best call we have ever made!
Anytime we have a problem with our electronics, we call Enrique and he is quick to respond, and get the job done. He spends extra time with us to try and answer all our questions and he always leaves us with computers fixed and operating back at top speed.
His rates are competitive and he is just a all around nice guy who loves computers and gadgets! Call him you will not be disappointed.

I am soo happy with the work that Enrique at TechSabe did on my Mac Labtop. I had spilt water on my labtop and thought for sure I had lost everything on my computer. But rest assured Enrique not only got my computer up and running wonderfully, he also managed to save all my pictures and documents too. Enrique was super helpful, informative and very kind. My iPhone screen was shattered, and I found TechSabe here on Unilocal.Enrique was professional and quick, his work was reasonably priced (under $ 100 for a service that’s $ 200 if you go through Apple) and best of all, I had my good-​as-​new phone back in hand 24 hours after I gave it to him! He actually promised it within an hour of drop-​off and the only reason it was a full day is because that was more convenient for my schedule. Great service! Enrique did a great job repairing/​replacing my iPad screen. He works out of his own home and is very professional. Definitely recommend!

We needed to repair my daughter’s iPod Touch that she accidentally dropped and shattering the screen. The repair was done quickly at a reasonable price. Hopefully we won’t have a cracked screen again in our future, but if we do, it’s nice to know that there is a good repair source nearby.

Overall, great service! As an adaptive Technology Trainer, where I teach those who are vision impaired or blind how to use use computers (Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010′ the Internet, etc.), as well as other adaptive equipment to allow them to compete on an equal playing field in the work place and run their personal lives, I depend on my laptop, iPad 3, etc. to work well. The other day when the glass on my iPad 3 broke, I contacted Tech Sabe to I have them repair it. Once the part came in, within a few hours I had the fully, accurately repaired iPad 3 back in my hands, working as well as before. I will certainly return to them when I need a computer technician again.
