First thing, the parking is atrocious… I always park in the taco bell parking lot and walk across the neighboring shopping center entry way to the store. The storefront being off of a main street makes parking in the front a pain to access or parallel Park into. BUT that does not take away from the store and what they provide to their customers. I am always greeted and asked what they can do for me today, service is excellent. I come here to browse from time to time, usually picking up some card sleeves for my magic cards. This is the only place that carries KMC hyper matte and KMC perfect fit sleeves around these parts. The sleeves are pricy, not due to the shop over charging, but due to the sleeves being top notch and best quality you can get basically. I also build gundam model kits which they carry! Only place in the surrounding area that has them. But, the selection is about ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ newer kits and old obsolete kits. It is almost always lively in the shop, multiple games going on of many different card or rpg games, you can always find someone to talk to about games. The only reason this amazing store does not get a 5 star rating is because they do not have singles of any trading card game. They would be the perfect shop if they did.

Best Shop in town! Huge selection of books, cards, paints, and access to all! I love that they will order anything you need that they have access to. I have placed many successful orders through them.
The staff is always incredibly informative and kind. They don’t treat you like a total noob, which as a girl, is always a little intimidating. They’re so nice!

The selection of comics and games is the best in the Lodi area. They have a large gaming space including two tables designed for miniature gaming. The space is free to use and patrons are always encouraged to stay and enjoy the comics and games they just purchased.
The staff is well-​versed in the products they sell and always willing to do research to make sure you get exactly what you are looking.

The Launch Pad provides really everything you’d expect from a comic shop. They have comics, trading card games, board games, table games, and a wall of sleeves and goodies.
I’m not an active member of the shops player base but I often see people playing games in the back.
Friendly staff and clean shop. Selection is limited in some ways when comparing to some Bay Area shops.
I hate how pungent and thick the body odor can become in game shops and I know it’s honestly not the shops fault necessarily. I’ve yet to smell any lingering funk here unlike those Bay Area shops.
They host Friday night magic if memory serves me right. Prices are amazing here too.

Knowledgeable people, great selection of comics, hobby games, and cards! They have several opportunities for card tournaments and casual games during the week. Love this place!

As someone new to the comic book world, I was a little intimidated to enter the shop and worried that I would give off that «newbie vibe.» I was in the market for some DC comics for my boyfriend but was also looking into finding my own genre to explore. Having only read one series prior to my visit, I told the shop guys what I was into. They gave me some great suggestions and offered to order anything I was interested in. Even after making my purchases I stuck around to chat with the staff about all the different genres, writers, and artists.
I also appreciate that their inventory is very organized and easy to navigate. And while I’m not into it, they seemed to have a good selection of collectibles. Overall, a great shop that I try to visit on a weekly basis now. :)
