West 12 Ranch Studio

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Barbara is so sweet and flexible to work with. I have had clients who need photo sessions at the last minute and she always has room for me somewhere. The selection of props, furniture, and other goodies she has available for photographer’s to use is dizzying. And so many locations on the property to choose from, it is a photographer’s Disneyland! Years before I knew this place existed, I used to run a studio out of my home. I stored tons and tons of props wherever I could fit them in my tiny house, and if I wanted to take them on location somewhere, i had to cram what would fit into my small SUV (not an easy feat). West 12 has all the props and locations you could want to shoot with, and at a very reasonable cost to the photographers. The fact that I don’t have to shop for, store, and haul the things I used to is worth the price to me alone. My clients love it too, they keep remarking on how wild and beautiful everything is there.

Such a beautiful location for photographers to use! Barbara and Lexi are fantastic :) An endless array of props and backdrops, not to mention the property and its gorgeous lighting! Vintage, rustic, country photo options… My clients loved their experience and I’m excited to go back tomorrow to shoot again!

This place is a photographer’s dream. You can reserve time at the ranch for a VERY reasonable price, and have access to three different barns, old trucks, suitcases, a couple fields, couches, and a variety of other locations and props. You can even rent a horse for part of the photoshoot! I’ve taken clients here quite a few times and it never disappoints. Barbara is great, loves making things easy for photographers who want to come, and is friendly to everyone. As a photographer, I will keep bringing my clients back here!
