We specialize in the highest quality of electronics repair.

Our name does make it seem like we would only do iPhones, iPods, and iPads. However, we can do much more than that! We can repair everything. From iPhones, iPods, iPads, Samsung, HTC, and other Android based smartphones, as well as other tablets, and laptops! Not only do we service all of those devices, we can fix anything on them! Such as a simple battery replacement, to complex soldering, charging ports, screen replacements, speakers, microphones, etc.

We will only use 100% genuine OEM parts so that you are getting the exact same thing that the manufacture intended your device to use. That way you don’t run into any more problems after getting it fixed. This is a rare thing to come by we have found for repair shops to do. Most repair shops will use a copied or replicated part. That way they make more money, can advertise it as a cheaper cost than other competitors, and your device breaks easier so you keep coming back for more replacements!

This is why we will never use a copied part, so that you don’t have to deal with all the hassle of a crappy part, and we get to have happy customers that will spread the word!

History

Established in 2010.

iPhixd was established in 2010 after a need was seen here in Cache Valley for an Electronics Repair Store.

Since then we have improved and expanded our services. We now service all sorts of devices such as iPhones, iPods, iPads, Androids, Tablets, Macs, Laptops and other types of devices. Not only do we service all of those devices, we can do ANYTHING on them. From a basic battery replacement to complex soldering, screen replacements, charging ports, speakers, microphones, etc.

Been taking my apple products to Iphixd since they first opened, they recently changed owners and the new owner is not as good at fixing screens and will not honor his warranties at all.
Had an Apple iPad screen break for no apparent reason. Several other reviews have also mentioned this. Must have a bad product.
My wife’s screen needs replaced and I will be taking it somewhere else.
(I’m also a business owner and I suggest you go above and beyond to honor your warranties, as a customer, there is nothing better than «knowing the retailer will take care of it»)
Edit after retailers response:
I think you may have someone else confused with me, as your explanation does not match my case. My apple product does not have any water damage and the crack in the screen is obviously a product default as it has no physical damage whatsoever on or around the edges.

I was very pleased with my service. Busted my iPhone 5S, and needed a fix. Apple wanted to replace my whole phone and I didn’t have the funds for that. I took it to Gabe and he took care of me. As it turned out the screen replacement was faulty, and he took care and made sure I got another one that would last. Any problems I’ve had iPhixd has helped me out. Service was excellent and swift.

I totally disagree with the negative reviews this place received. Yes, it’s expensive, but it isn’t an more than you would pay for the same service elsewhere. They were fast (new iPhone screen in less than 45 minutes) and did a very clean professional job. My phone is good as new. Thank you iPhixd.

So initially I was *thrilled* with my iPhixd experience. I shattered the screen on my iPhone 5, and was desperate to get it fixed. I called and they were able to fix it immediately. The guy who was working there at the time even stayed 10 minutes past closing so that I could drop my phone off, and go to the gym while he fixed it. I thought — wow! that is great customer service!
I was happy for 2 days. Then the replacement glass on the screen cracked. I was holding it in my hand and I watched it crack and run, kind of like a windshield does. I went back in, and the guy told me that the glass is under no warranty. The only way I can get the glass repaired is to pay for a brand new repair all over again.
I’m bummed out, because I paid ~$ 130 for new glass, and it’s already cracked. I don’t think it’s iPhixd’s fault, but they won’t fix it, and that makes me mad. The glass should be warrantied for at least 30 days after installation…
Make this right, iPhixd. I’m not happy about this at all.

Save yourself some stress and look elsewhere.
I took my Android phone in for a screen replacement and it was one nightmare after another. It should be noted this guy mostly works with iPhones, so we’ll cut him a bit of a break since I’m certain it was his first time working with my model.
He ordered the part off eBay while I waited and in about a week he called me to bring in my phone. It should be noted that my phone was in *perfect* operating condition when I brought it in, save for having a shattered screen. The turnaround was only a few hours, which seemed great. I took my phone, went home, and quickly realized I had no cell service, and the charging port wasn’t correctly lined up. I went back in, and after a short debate over whose fault it was, he agreed to look at my phone. It turned out the coaxial cable connecting the motherboard to the antenna had been severed during the repair process. Well, that can happen, so I don’t blame the guy. His first solution was soldering it on, which didn’t work. This is where it got out of hand. Because my phone is somewhat uncommon, the price for a part like that can be pretty high. He was willing to pay to fix the part he broke, but not at current market prices. This meant he had me waiting for over a week while he hoped to see one pop up for cheap on eBay. I know he wants to make a profit, but I was paying to have my phone fixed in a prompt manner, not made worse. After that week I insisted he order the part from a seller in Spain (which I found myself), which had 3 week shipping but at a price he was willing to pay.
Finally, I got my phone back in working order. Keep in mind this is more than a month after I first brought it in. It was missing two of the screws inside the battery case, and the glass was loose in the corner, but it worked.
In summary, he seems to have a pretty good idea what he is doing, but terrible customer service.

I don’t know what some of the previous reviews are complaining about. I’ve had phones fixed here multiple times and not only is the service quick and great quality, but there are even different choices on the repair style, the service is great and friendly and the price is very competitive. I recommend all people to come here if they need a repair, want to trick out their phone, get some quality cases or even nice headphones. We are lucky to have this place in Logan!

Had an iPad fixed. The screen kept coming off afterward and the owner was incredibly rude when I complained. It’s an emotional experience working with him and the quality is lacking. Also, my old review got deleted. Not sure how that happens but I suspect the owner has some way of deleting old reviews or starting a new page. When I left my original review, he had written his own reviews of himself. I recommend going else where, like an authorized apple dealer.

Went to this retailer to get a mobile device fixed. He made a bunch of promises (even in writing) about what I could expect in terms of quality of service. My experience was bad: he did not follow up on those promises. I left Logan and he had installed a bad screen on device and tried to make me feel bad for being unsatisfied. Just go to Expercom or the apple Store. You’ll pay more upfront but you won’t get cheated. Also, I’ve written reviews before and somehow he is deleting them.
Just go somewhere else!
