This amazing park is the official park winner for Cache Valley! For starters it is totally fenced in and there is only one entrance or exit. Score for kids who, ahem, like to wander. There are a plethora of benches, tables(with pergolas), and other places for the road weary parent to relax. The park is divided in to a tot lot(ages 2 – 5), and a big kid playground. What impresses me is the incredible diversity of play ideas in the big kid area. Pirate ships, balance beams, monkey bars, slides, and other fun stuff! There is also a nice grass area for picnics(also had tables).

The park equipment is nice, but they have a wasp problem. And I’m not sure what the flooring material is made of, but it makes the whole area about 10 – 15 degrees hotter than the air temp. so go on a cooler day. Definitely avoid during summer; very hot and also seems crowded a lot.

My kids LOVE this playground, and so do I. First, there are 2 sections– one for older kids and one for the younger kids. Second, it’s fenced in, which makes it sooo much easier when your kids are runners(ALL of my kids love running away!) Third, the design is great, lots of different kinds of play things. Last, plenty of picnic tables. This is really the best park in Logan.

This review is for the playground. Pros– Best playground in Logan, period. They have lots of swings both of big kids and little ones. The play structure is built wide enough that parents can follow their kids around/look for them without bothering other kids/parents. The have lots of seating areas/benches/tables. They even have the playground split in two parts, one for the bigger kids and one for the little ones(2−5yrs). Also, instead of sand on the ground to break kids falls, they have soft rubber padding which stays much cleaner than sand. Theres even a nice grassy area for picnics. Cons– None
