Experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable! To be totally honest, I ended up here because I was disillusioned by the Geek Squad at BestBuy. My laptop began slowing down and then went into a total boot-​loop and wouldn’t start or shut off. The GS rep said they’d need it for 10 days, would run a diagnostic, etc., but suggested (due to its age) that I just buy a new laptop — so I bought a new one and left with my broken one under my are. I went into Computer Solutions on a Friday hoping to simply salvage my hard drive thinking this laptop was a total loss since GS said it «probably» was. Then I met Jason. He confidently took my laptop and asked me to wait two days. He worked his magic over the weekend and fixed my computer, saved all my information, and returned it to me as good as new on Monday. I was so happy and pleased with the timing and eager to use my computer for a presentation the following day. Then disaster struck — I mistakenly installed and old operating system and erased EVERYTHING! I walked back into Computer Solutions the next day teary-​eyed and distraught. Jason took back my computer and informed me he maintains a back-​up a few days in the event something like this happens. You can imagine my relief!!! It took several days for this fix since I’d taken the computer back to its original state and lost 10 years of updates. Jason persisted in installing all the updates and giving me back all the information I thought was lost. I’m happily typing on my fixed laptop for this review. It is faster then ever. As for the new laptop, I took it back and took a $ 1000 off my charge card.
These guys really know their stuff. If you are having computer problems, don’t waste your time anywhere else. Get your technology in there today!
