My 91 year old mother was sitting in an 84 degree 7^th floor condominium, patiently waiting for them to show for a «first thing in the morning» follow up appointment. I was told they were in the building by our maintanance man. When I arrived, they were not there. Truck was, so I figured they would show up soon. Around noon, the truck left, for lunch, I thought. At 1:30 both myself and my lawyer sister called. Three phone messages later, one of which was a full mailbox, I was fuming! Around 4:30, I gave up on them ever having the decency to return my or my sisters calls. NEVER use this company! They are impolite, immoral, and cannot be relied on! To leave a 91 year old woman in such conditions! How inhumame, and unethical!

Excellent, honest service for our air conditioning repair. We also used this business for a furnace repair a few years ago and had a great experience. They are our go-​to for honest service. They fix things… they do not tell you that you need to buy a new appliance altogether.

They had great service on an AC problem I had this summer. I am now trying them on a new install at a different location.

Fabulous Service. Installed a 95% Furnace. Left the basement area cleaner than when they came. Went above and beyond in Installing the Furnace. They cemented the previous hole to the chimney to prevent any damage in the basement. Fast — Efficient and Fair. There prices were under other HVAC companies by a few hundred dollars. I Highly Recommend and would use for ALL my Heating and cooling Needs. They even told me how to go online and get a rebate from Nicor for my High efficiency furnace and get the full 10 year warranty on the furnace just by registering it.

We have used their services several times and have been very pleased with their work. Our old AC has been fixed by them a couple of times many years apart as it is a very old Sears AC. Obtained an estimate for an AC replacement which I found reasonable same for the furnace. Their quote on the furnace was lower than from another company who fixed our furnace once for an outrageous fee. This other company which I would rather not mention offered to discount the repair cost for a new furnace which was still more than what Carlson suggested. We have decided to wait for now but expect to use Carlson when that time comes around. When you find someone who does repairs well and is honest you want to do business with them.
My wife was told at work about a great company who did some work for them and the company was Carlsons.
