We are a sports restaurant that has 24 HD tvs for a great view anywhere. Our «made from scratch» menu has many of varieties of cuisine from our burger selections to many of our great pasta’s. We have a large bar for all occasions with an extensive 42 draft beer menu. Join us Tuesdays for our Local draft $ 2 specials and Thursdays for our popular «Thirsty Thursday» where all our 42 draft selections are $ 2. Another great promotion is our $ 5 bar appetizer happy hour menu and our free MVP points program. We offer large space for private parties to outside seating on our patio over looking a water view.
History
Established in 1987.
The first Champps was founded in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1984 by midwestern restaurateur Dean Vlahos. Opened originally under the name Concourse 7, Vlahos’ restaurant was founded with a vision of providing made-from-scratch American food with uncompromising service. Dean oversaw the chain as it grew from a single restaurant in 1984 to selling the chain to Daka International in the mid-90s. Between the late 90s and 2000s, Champps grew to its current size of more than 50 locations nationwide, all-the-while continuing to provide the scratch menu and signature service that define Champps.
