Hyperion Vape

I really enjoy coming into Hyperion. Felix is always happy to help and is an all around good guy. I will they let you sample with a drip, but I’ll take the Hana Mod samplers over nothing.

Friendly knowledgable staff. One of the best shops in the Midwest. They always have my hard to find five pawn gambits in stock! I drive 30 mins from the city just to come here definitely worth the time.

Best vape shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to vape shops all over the country but Hyperion definitely beats them all. The staff and customer service are exceptional. Authentic high quality mods, some of the best juices around. They also have a big juice sampling area so you can try the juice before you buy it. You won’t be disappointed after a stop here.

Boyfriend ended up buying a beginner’s mod from this store. Glad we did. Luckily, the prices are pretty good, not unreasonable. They have a bunch of testers that you can try, but I’ve got to say, the flavors and the description of them are a mess. A bunch of pamphlets scattered around, no real order to it. They don’t have any flavors that taste like tobacco which is a minus when you have former smokers trying to quit who want that flavor. No menthol flavors at all as well.
Overall good experience. Had fun trying the flavors and talking to the staff. Would return if I want to grab something for the boyfriend.

This place is more than awesome. The guys running the shop know what they are doing. They have the whole line of Hana modz. Really good service and really good selection of juices. Would recommend this place if you are in town.

I would definately recommend this place to a friend! Great environment, the staff was very friendly and courteous and the prices were very reasonsble. After i purchased my vape there was a minor problem with my tank, the guys there fixed things right away for me. It was an easy and hassle-​free experience

Try This Place! Checked out Hyperion Vape based on a recommendation from a friend who had a good experience there. Glad I did! I wanted to buy a new mod that came in several different color choices and didn’t want to make that choice based on pictures online, I needed to see them in person. When I found out that their in store prices were the same as their great online prices I knew I had to stop in. I was greeted by a friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff. I was able to hold and look at all the different options I was considering. Definitely an experience you aren’t going to get at an online only retailer. I was amazed at the huge selection of quality products they carried in addition to what I ended up purchasing. Mods, RDAs, RBAs, liquid (all of which you can sample), accessories, rebuildable supplies, the list goes on and on. I have been to other vape shops and been turned off by the ridiculous prices, poor selection, and overall atmosphere. Thank you Hyperion for being everything that I could have asked for in a vape shop!

I have an Orchid clone and was talked down to for not buying authentic. I mean they actually physically laughed! WTH?! The staff had a cocky, belittling demeanor and instead of promoting their own qualities, products, and customer service, they proceeded to trash talk all of the other stores in the area. Newsflash guys — you cant build your business up by simply trying to take others down, you need to be as good or better than them.
It takes more than expensive demo stations to be a good business person. Additionally, it doesn’t make sense for a newbie looking to try the transition from smoking to vaping to sample the flavors on an extravagant setup. They are probably not looking to drop over 200 dollars to try it out. Then when they buy a little EVOD startup kit, the flavor will not be comparable (and a big disappointment) to what they just spent all that time testing on the premium setups. The display/​sample stations look nice, but aren’t very beginner friendly.
I am not sure whether it was just arrogant staff, management, or the actual owners, but I will never step foot back in this store for any reason at all. This easily could have been my go to store near the office, but I would bum a cigarette from someone before going back there, and I have been cigarette free for 11 months!
I have heard of similar experiences from others in the community. Good thing all of the competition they spend so much time trash talking is so close that I can just go there on lunch instead.
