I personally have never had any issues and know from first hand experience that they will go out of their way to make sure things are done right. Three times I have hired them and if I was still using a pool I would continue. Expeditious, friendly, caring and understanding… Not the words you would expect about a pool and Spa company. Kirsten is the best. Simply par none. She helped me with a difficult closing this year and I would recommend her and the techs at this company to anyone! Closed a 30ft above ground pool in 75 minutes. This included installing a new cover, removing steps and removing the electrical for the lighting and properly winterizing the pool. If you want any further details please feel free to message me here. Kudos for a job well done and for the customer service all dream about.

We had one person out before Just in Time to attempt to fix our aging hot tub. We were losing faith, so we moved on to a new vendor. When Just in Time came by, Mike talked a big game about how our last vendor clearly didn’t know what he was doing and how he could totally renew life into the tub, so we wouldn’t need to buy a new one. My husband felt pretty confident, so we scheduled him and his team to come by and start the work. A night before he was set to start, we received a call saying that he couldn’t get all his team there the next day and needed to reschedule. That’s fine. A week later — again the night before they were supposed to come out — my husband called him to confirm(not the other way around). «Oh, we were just about to call you…» They needed to reschedule. The third appointment came and went without any word from them at all. We called that morning wondering if they were going to show. No one actually ever answers their phone over there, so you’ll never get to speak with someone unless they decide to call you. Needless to say, we never heard from them again. I have never understood vendors who make YOU chase THEM. If you have a fairly easy job to perform, perhaps he’ll show up, but I wouldn’t count on it. Pros: Awesome at making appointments. Cons: Terrible at keeping them.

I used them in late 2010 to replace a blown pump on my hot tub. They were the ONLY people I could find in the area that worked on my particular issue and style of tub. They came out with a few days of me calling and quickly replaced the pump.

We had our hot tub opened(from winter closure) and they provided very poor service. They told us they would call the previous day to schedule the time, but never called. The next day they just showed up and started working on the hot tub and then called our number to ask about the chemicals and the filter. My husband told them they were supposed to call and that they should ring the doorbell and talk to me. Any question I asked about the work they were rude to respond to. They told me they checked the pH and I could use it that evening. When we checked the Chlorine and pH the next day, it was off the charts. Good thing we didn’t have the kids go in! When I called the number on the Better Business Bureau’s site, the owners wife picked up, and when I asked if it was Just in Time, she rudely said«this is the owner’s wife’s personal cell number.» I stated it was the number on the site. When the owner Michael called back, he rudely stated that it was shock treated and that’s why the chlorine is high. «Just give it a day will you?». He said they were not going to accept the check and I’d have to go to someone else since I clearly needed help. When I suggested their service was poor, his response was«hope you’re not going to any of the pools in the area then.» Wow. Great way to build a business…
