Awful customer service. Chow mein was undercooked and bland. Orange chicken not spicy. Why am I even bothering to write a review?

I was just told I can’t take pictures of the store front?! Luckily I already snapped a pic, haha. Didn’t know this was such a fancy establishment… Anyway, food here is what you’d expect — Americanized Chinese takeout. The create your own plate entrees are reasonably priced. My favorite entrée choice here is the string bean chicken, though it appears there are new options now.

I love this location. It’s inside the mall and being a mall employee it’s extremely convenient. The woman working was extremely nice, I think her name was Xiaowei? Anyways she was extremely nice and when I asked to try some different items instead of getting annoyed she made suggestions.

Disappointing. Yes, it’s a mall food court location, however, I go to Panda Express at other malls, like Woodfield & The Hip & this location was the absolute worst I’ve ever had! On top of the rude service, especially when I asked for sauce for my potstickers, everything on my plate was dry, hard & below my expectations. The beef in my Beef & Brocoli was dry & looked undercooked compared to other Panda Express’ I’ve ordered this from. My Orange Chicken was dried out, hard to chew & probably sat there for too long. Needless to say, during a lunch visit, I won’t ever waste my time or money here.

Ok, yes, I am rating this 4 stars. I know its a mall fast food chain, but that doesn’t make it bad. The orange chicken is fabulous, and there’s nothing really negative. So yep, 4 stars. Don’t be a hater. Embrace the orange chicken love.
